when it momentarily touched 30p there was a wide spread
28.25/30.0
the spread has now settled down to the more usual 0.25p and the price has dropped back a little

David.......Feeling the same way. Going to be a long long road before we see mega bucks value with a lot of possible bottomless holes to destroy us along the way.

I am guessing it will come in at two thirds of Lancaster simply because of the small number of holes in each area which will trim the confidence factor. But hey that heads us towards 1bn ish. That's not too shabby?

If we really are looking for a very big CPR upgrade then that means quite a few more holes which proably means 2019-2020 with the FPSO pumping say 27,000 barrels a day giving validation to whatever that massive CPR number becomes.

Oh and if they do plan for this it will be the big flag that "the Hurricane Auction" is about to start but only bring very big cheque books.

No twixy I used to work for Transocean et al Santa Fe Drilling and was involved in that particular unit , yes vague and woolly with lots of joining of dots that may or may not be there

Well it's the Bank Holiday Weekend so it's quite , both on the BBs and from HUR in fact some say the silence is deafening!

A poster on lse has intimated news this week and unless I've got it very wrong , it's operational news re an old ramshackled Semi uncertain if nevermind when etc but I'd say that this unit would be just for getting Completions / running wellheads etc .
Nothing to severe bringing into account our location/ weather and EPS ,FID timelines and more so this particular units capabilities.

I dare say if you want something lifting up and down with a bit of rotating and pumping fluids it will be cheap and cheerful.

Agreed the stock is definitely being munched through but we do need to keep it in context., 50m shares is nearly 3% this may be an AIM stock but it's a fair sized monster.

At less than 60p we are a billion cap pay.

Interesting article in the Times today about Premier Oil's increase in North Sea production and starting to pay down its debt...

Interesting auction given it being Bank Holiday and all. Although the price was the bid price, someone needed to buy a couple of hundred thousand at that level which suggests decent support around here.
