Yes - at the time when they started several Cos. they knew about connection (for some time). Soon after the oil contact probably. And that is why the share price is still where it is. Bankers and lawyers doing their work.

This share price confirms that the big boys are already at work here imho

Absolutely Leeson - peeps don't seem to have factored BP and Shell's new-found enthuasiasm into their thinking. And BP were one of the pre-IPO investors and sent someone to AGMs. Don't know if they've still got their small stake but it would be strange if they'd sold it!

bp and shell took up 26 licenses between them last week all surrounding hur's acreage........ looking good.... cpr next catalyst this week then the big boys can buy this up for a while..

The company expected 700m of pay not 1150+

And "reports that the DST failed due to technical factors should be treated with scepticism."
