@ngms I'm happy enough if they sell up and your time frame does not seem that wild. Whatever they do, it's continuing to look good for old and new investors.

"o further delineate the Greater Lancaster Area by drilling an exploration well on Lincoln and an exploration well on Warwick or another similarly risked Rona Ridge prospect with the potential for up to approximately 500 million barrels of unrisked Prospective Resources across the Lincoln and Warwick prospects (assuming analogous to Lancaster);"

from 28th oct from the 34p latest placing..

If Warwick was to be drilled successfully then it and Lincoln could've mergered into Premier oil after the bond holders have done a 80:20 recapticalusation of Premier?

Essentially the bond holders of Premier and Hurricance could reap the rewards from the Premier infrastructure.

Existing Premier holders would benefit as their currently crippled investment would now be free of the bond holders. And yes they would lose 80% of the upside but also they would lose their debt?

Dr Robert Trice, Chief Executive of Hurricane, said:"The updated data from the Lancaster 7 and 7Z wells reinforce our belief that the Lancaster field is substantial. We now await the results of the Halifax Well which is designed to evaluate our exploration model which describes Lancaster and Halifax as a single hydrocarbon accumulation."

jacks, yes, but ngms says 3b barrels.... i think hur would be doing no justice selling resrves at 1buck per barrel... more like 3bucks pb imo and circa 1b barrels incl halifax...

Using today's mkt. cap. $798m (£644m x 1.24) and divide by WH Ireland's estimate of 817mln barrels recoverable and you get close to ngms's $1/barrel. Coincidence?

Hopeful Holder, I hate to disappoint but I seriously doubt HUR will ever pay a dividend. They aren't in the production game and the EPS is purely proof of concept to ensure a sale of assets.

I happen to think the sale of assets will happen sooner, post Halifax and before 2018.
