21/9/2004 12:47 | I have no idea when results are due other than the end of September. I was told that the recent acquisitions were very shrewd, have been succesfully integrated and have brought much benefit to the company. Was told that the coming results would be very good but the next would be superb. Have you noticed also they've reduced the online buy to 2500 but kept the sell at 150000. I suspect this is because there in only NUMS sat on the offer at 22. The rest are at 22.5 which I supect you will have to pay if you have more than 500 smackeroonies spare. | caecilius

17/6/2004 12:46 | we have fund raising, acquisitions, directors and institutions taking up shares, minimal volume and a steadily declining share price!! so perhaps some good news ( if there is any ) will send the share price soaring!!! presumably rights issue price will provide a support level - cant remember what that was??!! | andrewhbruce

12/3/2004 15:43 | With this said in Jan, and with results in 3 weeks, I cannot understand why anyone sells, no matter what the market is doing. Dear Shareholder We are delighted to announce that Eugene P. Beard will be joining the Huntsworth Board as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 February 2004. Gene retired as Vice Chairman, Finance and Operations of the global marketing services group, The Interpublic Group of Companies, Inc., in December 1999, remaining as a Special Advisor until December 2003. Gene's vast commercial and financial experience of the media and communications industry will be of great value to Huntsworth as the group continues to develop. The return in client confidence to which the Board referred at the time of the interims in September, has resulted in a strong final quarter of 2003. Accordingly, the Board expects the results for the financial year ending 31 December 2003 to be comfortably in line with our expectations. Huntsworth has gained a number of important new clients who have contributed to revenues in 2003 and will continue to do so in 2004. New clients include ICI Paints speciality products (Polycell, Cuprinol and Hammerite), The Learning & Skills Development Agency, Top Shop and Graduate Fashion Week, and Unilever Ice Cream & Frozen Food. The new business gained in recent months is expected to contribute additional revenues of over #3 million in a full year. Huntsworth is a focused business that now has over 80 per cent of its operations in high growth Public Relations sectors. The balance is in PBC, our highly successful healthcare advertising and research business and in HMI, our design company that - after a very difficult couple of years - is reporting improved margins and profits. The acquisitions made at the end of 2002 have settled down very well. In the United States, GCG is growing particularly strongly in corporate, financial and public affairs. EHPR - the UK consumer PR company - has had an outstanding year. It has also achieved industry recognition as winner of a number of awards, including Best Corporate Communications Campaign (PR Week Awards 2003). The losses at Hatch Group, acquired in July last year, have been reversed and the company is now showing strong profit performance. Harrison Cowley, which broke even in the first half, is expected to report good margins and profits in the second half of 2003. Progress continues, therefore, to be very encouraging which gives us confidence that we will see further success in 2004. If you have any questions or comments, please write to me or to our Chief Executive, Peter Chadlington, or email either of us on lordchadlington@hunt Finally, if the New Year is not already too advanced, may I wish you a happy, healthy, and prosperous 2004. Yours sincerely H. Jon Foulds Chairman 14 January 2004 | cockneyrebel
