Chart looks good now with both 50d and 200d SMAs crossed. Excellent momentum and still on a p/b of only 0.6.

Looks like share price may come down and retest the breakout before moving higher. If so may be last opportunity to get on the train.

Apparently SLB have made several approaches over the years but knocked back. Interesting how they emphasised the book value in the announcement. Clearly they think the shares are materially undervalued.

Hi ,
Divi paid today. Was expecting 4.03p as equivalent to
4.5c; actually received about 3.89p from HSBC.
What sterling equivalent have others received?

They have the firepower to make a decent aquisition. Market waking up to the valuation anomaly?

Easy pickings apart from the fact that the family control a blocking amount of stock. They are well aware of cyclicality and would never sell at this point of the upswing. Ask again when market cap has five bagged from here. The party hasn't even started yet...

Fat chance. It's called Hunting for a reason. They haven't sold in what 125 years...

Ripe for a takeover from US entity?

Yup the p/b makes this an absolute no brainer especially in an industry that is scrambling for investment in infrastructure

Could be a takeover candidate from across the pond, well below NAV.

We are still v much under the radar. In the US the service companies are starting to really perform and attracting flows. This will feed through to us soon once more people come into the sector.. We are still basically a microcap and too small for most funds.
