18/10/2022 16:39 | Market over sells all the time. Sometimes for good reason, sometimes not. Company haven't done themselves any favours in the past but if they manage to get the current mine sorted and the new mine built on time and budget your looking at a multiple bagger from here. Personally I like the odds | jaspoland
18/10/2022 13:53 | Hopefully the board will have pulled out all the stops and produced a decent quarterly report but looking at our market cap of £28m this will be a big surprise to everyone. Even SHG has a market cap of £112 million for 60k ounces at present ok Singida is 70% completed probably the same as our Kouroussa mine SHG are hoping for a total of 100k ounces against our 240k expected . I am sure we are being held down for good reason a low balloffer must be on the way. | wskill
18/10/2022 13:20 | Results time soon, could be Thursday this week, QonQ progress demonstrated here will have us back into the teens PDQ.. :o) | laurence llewelyn binliner
18/10/2022 13:17 | I think it would have to be at least 20p to stand a chance of being accepted | sclper
18/10/2022 13:11 | Not for a 20 % premium I don't. | sleveen
18/10/2022 12:59 | Shanta Gold possible take over according to an RNS today. Hummingbird next? | sclper
17/10/2022 13:57 | RSG are about to announce a placing | plat hunter
15/10/2022 22:01 | Plat Hunter You seem puzzled? I'm sure your clown of a PM would be happy to explain? The UK is the laughing stock of the World. Just like this. | borderterrier1
15/10/2022 10:36 | #PH, I misread it too 1st time, but the offering is expected to close during next week commencing 17th, not necessarily on Monday.. We will need to wait and see who has signed up for it, and at what price(s).. BUT.. 17.01.2022 - Pasofino Gold Limited is pleased to announce that it has closed its non-brokered private placement (announced December 6th, 2021) of common shares at $0.70 (or US$0.55) per share for gross proceeds of approximately US$5.2 million (the "Offering"). Approximately US$4.5 million of the Offering (being 8,220,626 Common Shares) has been subscribed for by ESAN, a leading Turkish mining company. ESAN has been granted the right to nominate one director to the Board of the Company and a right to maintain its shareholding interest in the Company should the Company raise additional funds in the future by way of private placement or prospectus offering. Pasofino will use the proceeds from the Offering to advance its earn-in into the Dugbe Gold Project and working capital 27.09.2022 - Krisztian Toth, Chairman of the Board of Pasofino, commented, as we are nearing the completion of our current private placement, we have formally exercised the option and have acquired our initial 49% economic interest in the Dugbe Project. This puts the Company in a better position for the strategic review that is currently being undertaken and in respect to exercising our right to acquire 100% of the Project (prior to the government of Liberia's 10% carried interest). | laurence llewelyn binliner
15/10/2022 10:18 | #LLB What do you make of that Extention notification...Not sure why an extention notice would be required for the 2 days the market is closed? | plat hunter
15/10/2022 09:08 | Anticipation picking up.. :o), we could get our Q3 update Thursday this week, 22nd last year, it has been a difficult year so far holding through the poor results, but demonstrated QonQ ounces progress will soon see the share price pick up some as the AISC falls off, POG is not going our way right now, but over time that position will reverse and we are here for a decade with Yanfolila/Kouroussa. With the lower expected costs from Kouroussa, the average across both mines will really help margins, and Q2-2023 is not that far off now.. We should also get an indication from ESAN on their Dugbe commitment as the VEIN raise currently underway is closed next week, they should double down or we will see a new II on the register..? 30 days after Pasofino provides the notice it will be responsible for sole funding the first USD4.71M of JV expenditures and shall remain as operator during such sole funding period.. 14.10.2022 - Pasofino Gold Limited (TSXV: VEIN) is pleased to announce that it has received an extension from the TSX Venture Exchange to close its previously announced non-brokered private placement and anticipates closing during the week of October 17, 2022. Further details on the Offering, including the total aggregate number of units to be issued, aggregate proceeds to be raised, finder's fees to be paid, insider participation and use of proceeds, will be announced following the closing of the Offering.. So overall, some solid progress made, not yet reflected in the share price . | laurence llewelyn binliner
14/10/2022 14:10 | TBTT It is painfully obvious now to rational thinkers that Hum is managed by silver-spooned, incompetent buffoons. Why this behavior is continually accepted by "investors" is any ones guess. Perhaps it is because traditionally, in the UK, this has always been routinely accepted;- the "upper classes" are "educated" and know better.... and the lowly, working class peasants are at their mercy. Unfortunately, the UK seems to have more than it's fair share of wealthy buffoons who are incapable of rational thought. As you know, thankfully, I now live in the US. Recently fired Kwasi Kwartengs actions and the turmoil it caused with the exchange rate sliced a big chunk off my UK pension. By the same rule, yesterday, here in the US my pension will be increased by 8.7%. The green and pleasant land that I knew as a kid has vanished. "Great Britain" is no more. | borderterrier1
14/10/2022 13:49 | BTW, now HUM's market cap is so tiny, what would it take to set off a mini-run in HUM shares? Not much, I think. IMO, HUM is currently an almost ideal vehicle for the "pump and dump" boys on Twitter. Has anybody seen any signs of them organising round this one yet? Or are they scared of being caught out mid-pump by an equity raise? | tigerbythetail
14/10/2022 12:02 | I'm still mildly interested in the ending of this long-running soap opera. Will it be: a) bankruptcy; b) a low-ball takeover by insiders; c) a ruinously dilutive equity raise (possibly in the form of a "death spiral" convertible loan); d) seizure of Yanfolila by the Mali military junta; or e) a truly miraculous happy ending? Tune in for the next quarterlies which may well bring that finale a little closer. | tigerbythetail
13/10/2022 19:35 | And BTW, do we really need another Q3 B/S report to let us know we have been well and truly shafted here? I mean REALLY? | borderterrier1
13/10/2022 09:55 | Quote from Martin Hogan, CEO of Centamin - "Mali is a failed state ruled by Russian mercenaries" | tigerbythetail
13/10/2022 08:23 | If they are to be believed it has been set up for H2. Higher grades and production going to plan will see the best Q yet. This time next year we'll be looking at 200k annually. Where else can you get that for less than 30mill? | jaspoland
13/10/2022 07:47 | I think we'll smash 24 oz Sleveen :) On paper if there have been no problems, then 24k oz should be quite doable. | temujiin
13/10/2022 07:44 | I'll settle for Q3 24 oz with a good Q4 production forecast. | sleveen
12/10/2022 21:05 | Years of experience on AIM, has shown that what we hope for is rarely achieved, 23.5-24k should be on the cards and would be considered acceptable imo. I suspect we'll end up with only a slight improvement over Q2, perhaps 22-23k, which will be mildly disappointing. Less than 22k will be poor. If they topped 25k that would be good in my book. | temujiin
12/10/2022 17:08 | Steady buying here today up to 7.28 pence, anticipation builds heading into our Q3 update around 22nd/23rd.. Can they deliver QonQ improvements as promised..? to hit guidance..? I am going for 24,000 ounces for Q3, then 27,000 in Q4 to hit bottom end, but as always will accept a pleasant surprise to the upside.. :o) | laurence llewelyn binliner |
