UKGeorge I agree. But then, I have been thinking along the same lines since Beaufort securities gave a target price of 60p and mine visitor Frank Campbell compiled a 10 page report saying that things here were running like a "well oiled Swiss watch." Unfortunately, that was three years ago. And over on the LSE bb poor old positive punter Golden Bull was saying he was looking forward to the 1 pound party at Christmas. Unfortunately, he didn't say which Christmas. Let's hope for all our sakes this starts moving in the right direction at last.

Conservatively this company should be making $200k each day :)

So next quarter 91 days could be $18M which is 3.9p per share

Surely a fair share price is 50p +

new_buyer,

Can I remind you that this thread was set up specifically to filter out all the personal rubbish caused by a troll that was ruining the other board. Can I therefore please request that there are no more references to that troll here.

seagreen the whole borderterrier1 thing does not add up full stop. Claims to be a multi millionaire best selling author with a $million plus share portfolio (but has never posted on the message board of any other share on either LSE or ADVFN in over 3 years) with holiday homes around the world BUT then spends his time on the message board EVERY DAY for an AIM listed mining company. Does that make any sense to you? This is why so many are skeptical, especially me, of the reasons behind his posts.

rickyhatton Not really. I own lots of shares here and have for several years but I don't expect you to believe that so no point in replying. Carry on.

With their 1p options, management benefit more than shareholders with buybacks!

Too early in the cycle for ensuring regular dividends. And a share buyback more structurally effective than a one off special dividend.

DB should be encouraged to do some share buybacks when net debt free if Hum remains undervalued. Imho.

Worth a listen from 23mins to 24mins 40secs - DB interview

RLD may have already run too far as one never knows the price and the potential dilution and how long it will be before it is relisted if they succeed with their RTO it might be yellow so worth putting it on the watch list...

All interesting posts and well thought out ..I am still on the side of pay the debt off and remove interest costs from the AISC first as if the current gold price stays steady or even reaches $2,500/oz it will secure the potential to move on with a debt free cash rich gold producer..I also hope Dan would turn down any low ball offer as they have been through battles and they may be about to win the war ...I know peopple slag off VGM but it will be making shed loads of cash now but the chinese got it on the cheap as it overloaded itself with debt when thier main cost was deisel and oil prices were at all times high...such are the chalenges of the comodity cycles...you can also as was in the case of VGM suddenly hit a seam with a far lower gramms per tonne yield but you still have to clear it to get to the next seam so you need cash reserves just in case...I think Berenberg's target was 47p at March gold levels so whilst it is a mathmatical oppinion it seems we have considerable head room to reward the patient....I hope so having identified premoier foods at 19p and sold it far too early to invest more here lol arghhhh 8-)

LLB

Were you in AAZ when it was at a similar stage of development (eg. paying down debt and then adopting a 25% FCF dividend policy)?

That 6 - 21 month period at AAZ transformed the share price from 40p to 80p from memory.

The cash position has not been increasing despite the increased earnings, and for good reason, USD2M per month debt repayments, building inventory and grinding through the trade payables outstanding..

FY2018 trade payables were USD39M
H1-2019 trade payables were USD42M
FY2019 USD9M cash, 5M inventory, 40M debt, trade payables tbc
Q1-2020 USD8M cash, 17M inventory, 34M debt, trade payables tbc
H1-2020 cash tbc, inventory tbc, c28M debt, net cash positive tbc, trade payables tbc

We are a year at least off a maiden dividend yet, but after we are debt free and up to date with payables then I expect a maiden dividend, but the company must be in a position where this is repeatable and sustainable, having to reduce or cancel dividends has a very negative impact on the SP, just as a payout has a positive impact..

Onward and upward, 30p coming into view.. :o)

#Brasso3, yes.. and looking to repeat here..!

Agree to disagree :)

And yes, there is no point in starting a dividend policy if you do not intend to maintain it for years and years.

While a maiden dividend can dramatically rerate a share, suspending or reducing divis can dramatically plummet it as well.
