I'm long term here and wouldn't be surprised if we even get a payment from the hotel sale after paying Lodestar's debt. The receivers don't have to do a fire sale as there will be numerous interested parties IMO. Property has soared in recent years again.

Well....remember the mm's were grabbing stock at 0.4 from some daft punters when the rns came out. I bought a few more but they werte not giving much away (I think I paid 0.60). A very cheap shell with cash was bound to attract interest.....

100k at 1.20p was a sell imo. MMs still short of 300k unless they were carrying from days ago.

HCP is the cheapest cash shell on AIM and probably has the most cash.

A small buyer from yesterday sold first thing moved us down, followed by another £500 sell which took us lower again. The MMs are obviously very twitchy or are they trying to shake a few weak holders out? One small buy takes us half way back up and the actual bid is now 0.92p, so not really down at all.

I wonder how high our stake builder is prepared to pay. One way ticket to profit imo.

Yes I know they bought 4 million(?) in August 2013 but they must have paid a lot more imo for the bulk of their holding. Searching now.

All the mug punters thought they were sells as on the bid price - the price blew north by 250% the next morning which I benefited from and then by lunchtime the RNS confirmed.
