Don't the sellers realize that it is an investment that has gone into administration, an investment that is in our books at ZERO. Either the BOD have lied, and that's highly unlikely, or we have a NAV of 1.26p per share as at the end of December Audited Balance Sheet.

No and I can see this going to 0.5 offer or lower as folk think hcp is going bust....administrator apointed etc. and dont understand it does not affect hcp directly.

Happy to buy a few at about 0.5....

So if this is the reaction to that news then why were people buying in the first place what else could possibly send the price higher. Somebody has just panicked
and sold at 0.7p now

Don't forget Shore Capital owns over 20% of HCP and an interest in the hotels themselves. A nice big carve up of the assets is likely imo, and HCP can't lose.

Some of the hotels are known and respected throughout the world. There will be no problem shifting them imo. Be interesting to see who gets what, but the good thing is that it can have no negative effect on HCP, only possible positives.

Well thats that. Always was a punt of course and the hotels are gone. We are left with a cash shell which must invest within a period or face suspension.

Administration at The Hotel Collection should clear the uncertainty over it's value to HCP. What are we owed? Millions, I think. 10p in the pound would be more than the market cap.
