24/6/2014 09:23 | Treacle if all shares were converted HCL would have 53% . | bckttsim
24/6/2014 09:13 | Lone Star is a private equity firm. Why not get 100% of the hotels collection and pay HCP out for their just under 50% stake? Would be ideal for a private equity to acquire a real estate business that seems to be re-building itself. We are valued at hard cash which the company has over £600,000. If AIM listing value is put we would be at 2p. And then cheapest cash shell on AIM let alone the NIL holding possibly changing some time soon. | treacle32
24/6/2014 08:58 | I know mad AIM investor it seems. | treacle32
24/6/2014 08:58 | The 238,884 "stake builder" held his shares for 11 minuted I see, and then 300k+ get dumped on top! | the_beagle
24/6/2014 08:57 | Some very big buys going through.Someone likes the price. | bckttsim
24/6/2014 08:54 | Lone Star is a private equity firm. Lone Star is a global private equity firm that invests in real estate, equity, credit, and other financial assets. Since the establishment of its first fund in 1995, Lone Star has organized twelve private equity funds with aggregate capital commitments totaling over $45 billion. | treacle32
24/6/2014 08:47 | as they are operating with no agreed loan extension then news must come soon too.... - Great point. | treacle32
24/6/2014 08:45 | Latest accounts not available and imo due to coporate activity. | treacle32
24/6/2014 08:44 | Bkkttsim, depends on how much of the profit is used to pay loan interest and new banking facilities going forward. The ecomony is pickinf up so there has to be some value at some point even if corporate action is required first. Are Pumas latest accounts available? | knigel
24/6/2014 08:38 | The usual old Trickle down $hit spouted already. I bet he's sold already. | ukmassy
24/6/2014 08:35 | Shore may buy 100% of HCP out including the holding in hotels collection. The rest makes no difference. 2 options since a long time ago. 1. Payout on holding including best cash shell on AIM 2. Shore buy out 100% of HCP They don't need to comment on how hotels collection maybe doing. As they have put banking discussions and positive outcome could see activity here. Can't be far away. | treacle32
24/6/2014 08:32 | Why is this company not looking at other money making opportunities , seems to me the directors are taking there cut for doing very little. They sound real down beat, almost no hope, only a hint that things may turn around .However we know the hotel collection are making money , they say they have strong revenues, why haven't they mentioned this? Why don't we change our shares into ordinary ones at take control with 53% , we could then sell the company , then see it's worth, bit more than £500k I think. | bckttsim
24/6/2014 08:28 | BCK. MMS scar people. Sounds painful. Never thought they'd resort to violence lol. | ukmassy
24/6/2014 08:26 | Another Trickledown32 special. | ukmassy
24/6/2014 08:22 | Our large buyer still accumulating? 238,884 at 1.25p. Someone could buy HCP out via the share price too and to get hold of cash and hotels collection holding. - Shore card still on. | treacle32
24/6/2014 08:20 | We have never had it stated this way. "Puma is presently in discussions with Lone Star to explore the options available in terms of banking facilities going forward. It is hoped that these discussions might result in a positive outcome with some potential to enhance value for shareholders". A payout on HCP's under 50% equity of hotels collection? As always even 1 million from near 12m value and existing cash etc would result in 4p on share price and so forth. | treacle32
24/6/2014 08:18 | Blinder by the MM's , 36% down on 4 sells and 2 buys.Trying to scar people to sell.Makes me feel there is something in the back ground going to happen. | bckttsim
24/6/2014 08:15 | Can't buy at this level. | treacle32
24/6/2014 08:15 | Also HCP has time on its side. Four years cash left so no concerns holdinf the share. Sit and wait imo | knigel
24/6/2014 08:12 | I'm glad u got caught treacle | hassani2
24/6/2014 08:10 | Less than cash now - trying to scare a few to sell. The biggie news is near as per inclusion today. | treacle32
24/6/2014 08:03 | 1.20 - 1.50p, MMs imo looking for mugs to sell. Valued at just cash. Richest cash shell on AIM and most undervalued. And as per snippet again today it seem more near on some value arising with specifics of current banking discussions - potential to enhance value for shareholders. | treacle32
24/6/2014 07:49 | Cash and AIM listing equates to 2 pence. The below could come anytime now. Puma is presently in discussions with Lone Star to explore the options available in terms of banking facilities going forward. It is hoped that these discussions might result in a positive outcome with some potential to enhance value for shareholders. | treacle32
24/6/2014 07:49 | Agree guys that the results do not tell us anything we didn't know already but nothing is really priced in yet for that. We have over £600K in the bank and valued at £800K, we are effectively a shell with lots of cash. Even if the hotel collection comes to nothing we have no liability against it and a cash shell in this market could have a great deal more value than HCP's current price. | simonparker5 |
