Lone Star first acquire debt.

"We understand that Puma has traded within the terms of their banking facility which expired on 30 May 2014 and which has recently been bought from IBRC by Lone Star".

Then

"Puma is presently in discussions with Lone Star to explore the options available in terms of banking facilities going forward. It is hoped that these discussions might result in a positive outcome with some potential to enhance value for shareholders".

And then HCP invited to a meeting in the near future. The meeting should hopefully conclude with a pay out figure for HCP's stake?

"The Hotel Corporation plc, the AIM listed investment company owning 49.9% of Puma Hotels plc ("Puma"), announces that Puma has sent a notice of general meeting ("Notice of GM") to its shareholders. Puma's senior debt outstanding was recently purchased by LSREF III Wight Limited ("Lone Star") from Irish Bank Resolution Corporation Limited. Pursuant to a standstill agreement, Lone Star has agreed to suspend its rights to repayment until 30 September 2014, subject to certain conditions. Following the debt purchase, Puma has rebranded itself as The Hotel Collection and the Notice of GM includes a resolution that Puma's name be changed to "UK Group of Hotels plc". The General Meeting is due to be held on 10 July 2014".

Doubt it - maybe another RNS before the meeting imo saying this is what's on the table for HCP's stake and then for further discussion at the meeting in itself.

3p a share takeover?Today 12:40 Hume Capital(HUME)are believed to be coming under increased pressure from a larger broker regards a possible merger takeover around 3p a big premium to its current £2.86m market cap.

Hume Capital Securities PLC a narrowed first-half pretax loss, boosted by higher revenues and cost cutting measures.

Market Talk's insight:
Jiasen has raised £2 million and is expected to have a market cap of £100 million [PH]

Jiasen, which sells to property developers, wholesales and exporters, has raised £2 million and is expected to have a market cap of £100 million.

This will make it the 10th largest Chinese company to list on the smaller and growing companies market.

Based in south-eastern China Jiasen, known for its luxury doors and interiors products through its Fuyou brand, has been selling radiator covers, doors and fences to home store chain B&Q for a decade.

An expanding middle class with lifestyle aspirations in China has fuelled Jiasen's growth alongside a trend for Refined Housing Decoration where mid-priced to more expensive new apartments are part-furnished prior to sale.

Last year's turnover was RMB782.8 million (£77.2 million), with a RMB177.8 million (£17.5million) profit.

The Aim float, being handled by Cairn Financial Advisers and broker Hume Capital, will take Jiasen closer to other European markets as well as increase its credibility and brand awareness. Money raised will used to fund growth plans.

Hume Capital are believed to be coming under increased pressure from a larger broker regards a possible merger takeover around 3p a big premium to its current £2.86m market cap.

HCP own 49% of the company. The mkt thinks its worthless and I agree. The point is that its all in the price for nothing. Cash of £600,000; it must be ripe for someone to develop this.
