If they sort out the finance it is hopelessly undervalued some good points made, they have made one hell of an investment and progress to date.
Like others I think 20M interim finance injection with new board members is potentially hugely encouraging.

Ps I think firestarter has blown up round at AGL 8-)

The share price will continue to rise slowly, putting a higher valuation on the company.
Your 8-10p forecast will inevitably have to rise, thus reducing your 1billion new shares forecast you presume will happen.
Both lenders and shareholders are heavily indebted and the Board is now made up of a mix of both groups. This tells me that they are going to work together to get production started later this year.
This means that both groups will need to put some more equity into the final stages of plant completion.
I believe that there is still money "in the pot" from the initial draw down facility?
I would expect that the main shareholders will have to loan the company more money to ensure the lenders will re-open the drawdown facility.
A billion shares is far too high an estimate in my opinion.
Both sides must be close to some form of agreement.
I understand that you are heavily invested here, but your comments suggest that you are on a de-ramp campaign.
It won`t happen.
If you want more shares then you had better buy now before the share price begins to take off.
I have just taken a small punt here and will continue to sit back and watch what happens.

I don`t normally post on this thread, but one or two observations if I may.
We have 2 groups. The lenders who are financially in deep trouble if the project does not go ahead.
Yes, they can foreclose, but net asset value is way below the amount that they have loaned the Company.
The second group are the shareholders , some of whom own between them 60% of the Company.
both sides are not in a position to call in the administrators as losses would run into many many millions of pounds.
Their only solution, i believe is to work together..
The lenders will want some security and to this end, the newly appointed management team will reduce costs, the big shareholders will add some surety by investing more than the $15mil already loaned, and the big banks will release more funds to get the operation up and running.
In December, the production build was at 65%. By end of March, it will be way beyond 80% as machinery is delivered, installed and pilot tested.
Read the company`s own reports.
There may be some share dilution, but I suspect this will not be a great amount.
My conclusion is that the share price will recover in time, and both lenders and shareholders will come out winners.
As I say, this is just my opinion, and I am not a shareholder here, but I am certainly interested in having a punt in the near future.
