27/12/2023 09:26 | No-ones going to throw 20mill if a solution was not in the plan yes not there but its a positive step lights are still on | mally6
27/12/2023 09:26 | Interesting development, Orion, La Mancha, Glencore put USD5M in each to keep the business solvent, and a USD5M raid on Vermelho funds to top it up.. CEO/CFO and others sacked, USD200M shortfall to find, coud well be more subject to the investigation on outstanding build CAPEX.. USD 20M emergency debt funding at 15% interest to keep afloat.. I still see Glencore ending up finishing the build and operating it either direct or indirectly, they are the only ones present who know what they are doing, the other 2 are mine financiers, not owner/operators.. A long way to go but a step forward.. | laurence llewelyn binliner
27/12/2023 09:21 | Hardly a 'solution', more a necessary piece of crisis management to keep the construction wheels turning while a more permanent settlement is negotiated. A hefty 15% loan cost will have been judged more economic than restarting a stalled project with subcontractors having disappeared off site, reinstating lost delivery slots etc. Someone will make money from all of this - just probably not you or me except perhaps for a few crumbs the big boys may choose to share. | boadicea
27/12/2023 09:18 | That keeps the lights on but changes nothing in terms of funding hole. Delays admin. | nigelpm
27/12/2023 09:02 | This should bag from here was priced to go bust now got funding Christmas hangover | mally6

27/12/2023 08:03 | For a trade - | tomboyb
27/12/2023 07:49 | Unexpected positive news today, $20m interim funding package agreed with Glencore involved, that will catch a few large short positions offside at a time when both eyes are on the Xmas hamper. It looks like Horizonte retail shareholders might get out of this debacle reasonably well in due course. | m1sterx
20/12/2023 10:06 | strowwho cares about admin...you have been saying the nice lenders are going to leave significant upside for existing holders...probably still time to stock up on vaseline | stansmith1
20/12/2023 08:54 | Ooh it that terrible need to be right again heyWill remind you when you are-lol | strow
20/12/2023 08:15 | The market did as well! Probably tells you what you need to know. If there was any reality in what you were saying Strow it would be getting bought heavily. | nigelpm
20/12/2023 04:59 | Think you read a different RNS to me.Progression and direction with the right moves being made in the interests of ALL shareholders and Horizonte plc under the watchful eye of a nominated sub-committee.Can't get much more visibility than that.No administration, and critical pathway of dam and electricity line continuing which is a very strong sign that the board and interim CFO believe that both interim and final financing solutions are possible and likely | strow
20/12/2023 01:51 | For gamblers and spivs only…punters have been dumping loss makers and moving into selected well run Companies Will low debt and solid management to embrace the Santa 🎅 rally S&P500 trying for an all time high this week, could reach that today, buy the dips, stay long, also Bitcoin and other selected cryptocurrencies and Gold are starting to shine | ny boy

19/12/2023 21:47 | Exactly LLB - almost a certainty. | nigelpm
19/12/2023 19:37 | Insolvent from end of January with negotiations expected to produce funding inside Q2-2024, what happens in the middle..? IMO administration is what happens, proceeding under new or a changed ownership structure.. | laurence llewelyn binliner
19/12/2023 18:46 | Blimey strow. Did you write that post RNS? You get that they are insolvent if they can't get funds by end of January? That was another bad RNS. | nigelpm |
