20/11/2023 17:43:35 | From lse board just now..
Glencore deal being finalisedToday 17:33 Glencore deal being finalised will take this to 40p+ in coming days. Well done to those that bought in the last couple of trading days and watch out for a massive scramble for anyone not already in! | wally27
20/11/2023 17:00:28 | Ufo is also looking likely to transition from a junior to a producer | cbeadle
20/11/2023 13:23:42 | Stan, normally I'd agree with your P&D theory but with a MRE about to be released sometime this quarter and so overdue I've stopped counting, the optimism seems founded. Like I said, just an idea and good luck!
Edit, sorry out of context, there was the same theory last weekend with GGP by one prominent poster on X, a P& D exercise last week... I'll go and get mi coat. See ya | jaka
20/11/2023 12:57:59 | Yet another AIM miner "nailed to the wall" with the major about to pick up the keys. There can't be that many junior miners on AIM that have ever become successful mid-size producers but there could be one with the right prospects, team, backers in the safest jurisdiction and trading now at around the same price GREATLAND GOLD PLC (GGP) Just an idea all IMHO & always DYOR. | jaka

Yes. Shanta Gold. | redhill
19/11/2023 15:00:10 | I remember when they raised the finance and being very impressed with the pricing and amount. No accounting for management though. EMED to ATYM is a an example of success (and moving to main market shortly) but only once they got rid of Harry, and bought in a Spanish speaking mining man who knew how to get things done at the lowest cost.
Maybe some read across. Certainly the investors in EMED did very poorly | waterloo01
17/11/2023 18:41:34 | They had previously had quite a lot of "inbound interest"That interest will not have gone away is my guess for the sake of what this fix is going to be worth | strow
17/11/2023 18:09:09 | Personally not aware as always invested in early stage stuff on Aim which did never make it.I think CEY took it through all the way from memory.Partly as I have always "aimed" I now know a good Aim stock when I see one.It is very sad what has happened to Horizonte but I still have confidence that they ultimately will have enough contacts and support to make this happen.Granted there will be a lot of dilution but if they pull it through the long term investment case for hold and add is still there | strow
17/11/2023 17:31:14 | Get a life Stan ffs | wooster4
17/11/2023 16:56:26 | The low volumes are encouraging IIs holding tight and no TR1s so far | strow
17/11/2023 16:09:30 | Just out of interest has there ever been a successful aim miner that has gone from being a junior/explorer to a mid tier producer? | cashstrapped
17/11/2023 08:44:35 | This is going to rocket today | kirk 6
15/11/2023 23:36:12 | The CEO made the ultimate fatal error of believing in the financiers and trusting the banks.
Didn't everyone and their dog see inflation building and what that implies?
The billion dollar dogs dinner of a deal, to turn a piece of dirt into a multi billion dollar asset, was already in trouble as shown by the previous fund raising. Then one big supplier decided that the contract that they signed would bankrupt them so they backed out, leaving us with a six month delay and $200m short. Jezza should name that supplier and shame them.
If only Jezza had opted for organic growth and modest borrowing, but I suppose ego and greed corrupted his mindset and the yes men around him failed in their obligation to challenge him.
Ah well, it's only money, it's not like it's thousands of babies lost... | excellance
15/11/2023 21:53:19 | stansmith, I agree. In this case it will probs be Glen who take all. | the stinger
15/11/2023 20:42:35 | stansmith, only making comment here, and imo only, how this develops is anyone's guess. I honestly don't think I've seen another project this size with 70% construction completed, and with the end product in site, $700m spent? to date,, being destroyed like seen. There's many a small cap coy who have no where near what HZM have and has completed who's MC is treble or more!.. Amazing what's going on here!. | the stinger
15/11/2023 20:34:09 | The CEO and FD are shareholders too and will be just as frustrated with events here.
The performance condition of their bonus was Securing full finance for construction. HZM sourced finance that only part-covers construction but on 2nd drawdown (27/2/23) the CEO and FD claimed final bonuses for Securing full finance through construction.
last 2 years: CEO Mr Jeremy Martin received a base salary and pension of £1,023,207 Received a cash bonus under the ordinary performance-related pay scheme of £383,240 Received a cash bonus for the milestone Full project finance secured, of £1,147,895 Cash remuneration averaged £25k/week in that period, and their shares are worth £9k
last 2 years: Finance Director Mr Simon Retter received pay and pension of £793,577 Received a cash bonus under the ordinary performance-related pay scheme of £309,650 Received a cash bonus for the milestone Full project finance secured, of £1,147,895 Cash remuneration averaged £22k/week in that period, and their shares are worth £8k | dead duck resources
15/11/2023 20:01:48 | stansmith, someone must be buying what has been / or about / planned to be sold !!!. Look at the trades. In any event, a MC of £21M means the big II's (who own circ 60%) only need £8m or so to outright own a mine which has 28 yrs revenue of 29,000 tons of nickel pa, which at $17,500/ton give revenue in excess of $500M per annum. 1.5 years revenue would pay all debts and the further cap ex required off, leaving 26 or so years cash rich.....hmmmm smell a rat for sure. Be surprised if another big player doesnt enter the room here as the numbers are compelling. | the stinger
