Well Giantpeach2 I looked back at all my trades since 2014 and counted 75 buy trades, some as low as 1.4p, earlier today I bought another 100k, then 20mins later another 240k, so total 77 buys and no sells. Holding now 14350000 shares in my SIPP so by my reckoning that's 1% of HZM. Both excited and nervous! If it tanks I will work forever!

I then was thinking how strange it is people selling any holdings in HZM at this point but recall Glencore a few years back being traded down to 75p, the CEO was saying all is well etc. and the Management team putting in £2 Billion in cash at £1.25/share, but still the price dropped to 75p so I bought £100k worth at that point into my SIPP and sold them at around £3.80. My faith was in that management team at that time when the opportunity was being ignored by the wider market,so all that money from Glencore has gone into HZM.
I feel the same opportunity here with HZM and the faith in the management team. Jeepers I hope it's a good call.

Did a price check, can sell 100k at 4.61 and buy at 4.59
Recieved some dividends from ITV today so topped up a 100k. Ambition to get to 1% holding by end of May,just 230k shares to add now. Roll on mid year- whenever that turns out to be!

Steeplejack yes agreed but it looks as if the MMs have brought it back under control now. Strange for a while!

That is interesting,you'd think that the MM bidding for stock would simply take stock from the MM on the offer.Backwardations are fleeting,hope the bidders win out!

The market appears to be in backwardation. I got a quote to sell 100k for 4.68 and I can buy 100k for 4.675!

Maverick may well be right. I asked JM the question on price stratification at the AGM. He didn't think there would be any change near term, as EV was still a small portion of the Nickel demand. He implied that a single price price was best at present.

If you take the view that Class 1 demand through EV rises, that surely means less overall Nickel for the main demand areas. Hopefully this will bolster if not push up class 2 prices aswell. So for me a win win, as we hold both class of Nickel.

Nickel prices will rise as processing nickel hydroxides into sulphates is higher costThats why i think lme will split nickel prices

Correct and company intend to proof of concept upgrading the hydroxide to sulphates both the nickel and cobaltThat process has started

I know this but are we saying class I Nickel is being stocked and driving up Nickel prices ? Apart from the other fundamentals of Nickel demand

My understanding is essentially Class 1 Nickel is suited to EV market, which is why Vermelho was such a good acquisition. (IMHO)

Twigs, what I particularly like about that piece is it's on one of Australia's general TV channels. Raymund and I are constantly looking out for news of HZM in the mainstream, eg Shares Magazine and Investor's Chronicle etc lets hope the above becomes a trend.

Hen are we expecting those Nickel grade test results? If they come back as battery grade I reckon the HZM share price could really take off.
