04/8/2008 17:35 | Lets get everyone on here to rate it a buy then!! | donemyhomework2
04/8/2008 16:47 | You are not alone guys ...I have held HDT for over five years | davidosh
04/8/2008 16:34 | Liarspoker, I am with you all the way. Nice to know you have that backing and getting a nice divi too!! | donemyhomework2
04/8/2008 10:38 | Nobody interested here then ? Ignore non-current assets and take ALL liabilities from current assets ( inventory, stock & cash ) and the share is trading at over a 30% discount to that price. Net cash of over Stg 800K and ex-divi soon too. | liarspoker
31/7/2008 13:00 | Picked up a small few this AM. Trading at 33% below WC less all liabilities. | liarspoker
17/7/2008 10:31 | I still hold these. | mitzis
17/7/2008 10:29 | Not only solid results but maintained divi and net assets of 155p per share!! I make the divi of 3.25p for the final and 2.1p now 5.35p total which at 80p is a yield of 6.69%!!! IMHO the share price is very nicley backed with 155p net assets. Excellent hold in these difficult times. | donemyhomework2
16/7/2008 17:12 | Long since sold out. Forgive me davidosh if I dont mind seeing the stock drop back now to 50-60p. | barnetpeter
16/7/2008 10:19 | Agreed there Peter. Nice dividend return whilst waiting for the business to regain profit growth and excellent asset backing | davidosh
16/7/2008 07:26 | Solid results with a maintained divi. You will not get rich on these but they are about as safe as you can get. | barnetpeter
27/4/2008 23:32 | AGM tomorrow guys ...Anyone attending and able to report back ? | davidosh
17/3/2008 16:48 | Hang on, this cannot be right one of my shares is up a penny! | barn owl
25/2/2008 08:42 | Nor can I. IMO if the results were expected to be bad they would not increase the dividend by more than 8%. Also the reference to the market demand weakening is only by reference to Europe. I believe that a combination of containing costs and some positive contibution from India and China ( both at breakeven in 2007)the profits will be the same in 2008. | donemyhomework2
20/2/2008 22:11 | Cant see 80p myself bp but you never know these days. | mitzis
20/2/2008 21:55 | My view is that the share price will fall away to around 80p as the mkt weakens. That would be the price to buy more stock. | barnetpeter
20/2/2008 19:22 | i'm not really bothered about what we said last year - i was only really interested in the curent circumstances anyway and given the wider dontext of markets etc and the flagged reduction in profits this year i don't think there'll be any marked improvement in the share price from these levels. Maybe you are being too optimistic if you feel differently. | myopia
19/2/2008 23:56 | And my comment last year also ; ru myopic? Have you not seen what has happened to markets world wide? HDT are holding very well and India and China will do better next year !! | donemyhomework2
19/2/2008 16:20 | yes quite probably...and the share price is probably lower than it was last year when i wrote too. | myopia
19/2/2008 14:05 | Myopia, Do I recall the same pessimism from last year? | donemyhomework2
19/2/2008 09:46 | good results but pity about the profit warning at the end. Cheap based on last years results; it all depends how reduced this years profits will be to determine what the share price will do. But I don't think they'll get back to the level at which they bought them back last year any time soon unfortunately. | myopia
19/2/2008 08:22 | And we seem to have a third MM LANDS which may help a bit in this illiquid market. | donemyhomework2
19/2/2008 07:46 | "The Chinese PCB industry continues to expand and is now the world's premier PCB producer. We will continue our investment programme to address this market." This initself speaks volumes!!! | donemyhomework2
19/2/2008 07:44 | "seeking to make selective, earnings enhancing acquisitions." To make earnings enhancing aquisitions means that the EPS of the aquisition plus Holders will be better than before. That will be achieved through complementary products that will allow for synergies ie savings in the group so the overall EPS will be earnings enhancing. I also like the bit that the Chinese sub. is now becoming world leader in PCB's. | donemyhomework2
19/2/2008 07:37 | cheers Don thats great news. | mitzis |
