Very sensible then DT, the stock market is a very rough place and only a fool would gamble his hard earned savings. Until HOC reports on the mine stoppage there is no way im buying more, the risk is just too much.

I don't want to risk losing my paper profits and want better value.
But you never know if you got it right until a sell of comes.
No one implicitly knows if silver is about to ping up or sell down
I can't afford the gamble personally

March 15th is US Debt Ceiling day apparently. Im expecting fireworks as reality bites the markets, even though it should be relatively easy to pass a bill kicking the can down the road for another few years.

There is an awful lot of other stuff going on that makes me think PM market will continue to head up, that 60 day gold and silver chart in the header is what I like to see!

Kind of a binary bet... As it all depends on what the Trump says..

If he signals tax cuts risk on could propel equities and diminish safe havens..for now...would a March rate increase hurt gold/silver?

Then there was Friday's divergence between PM prices and miners...I have seen it said that the miners lead the PM prices both up and down.. But my feeling is that the market is generally exhausted for now. But until the future happens lol no one will really know for sure.

Interesting dicotomy.

For the record I have sold all my HOC this morning.

I have probably made a big mistake but I have a feeling, rightly or wrongly, that the sector has put in a short term top.

When/if it retraces I will re enter, and risk getting in higher up.

But I have made 16% in a short period and I don't want to lose those gains.

Great company though and I will be back, but for fairness of disclosure, I wanted to post my sell.
