Topicel ... I think the 24 hr charts appear above if you open the Kitco 24 hr charts for both Gold and Silver in separate tabs and leave open while using ADVFN.

Not ideal but seems to work for me.

Think it's worth remembering the previous £3 high back in 2016 was made when Silver was over $20 so we should not necessarily expect daily big spikes in the share price

I know it's not an exact science but may explain why it's steady but not spectacular progress in the share price at the moment.

Of course if Silver overshoots then put your party hats on,

Other miners not so strong today and the Inmaculada update still pending. Obviously some selling into recent strength here. 240p was hard to break through, 260p & 270p a bit "easier" & now 280p may be hard to break. If we get some news on Monday at the conference and it is good then hopefully we will be on our way to 300p in the short term and then onwards.

Edited the 240p above. Note RRS is about the only larger miner still positive. HOC just holding + but others now gone negative. End of day? Who knows where we will be?

Even opening Kitco fails to show their graphs Nrc. Same issue of white space with blue question mark in the centre.

Thanks ODR. I didn't see it as a 'call' about the dollar just common sense on what Trump needs for his infrastructure plans to come to fruition and as we should all understand by now, despite MSM often spouting the opposite, interest rates can't rise (not significantly, anyway) as the debt financing would also scupper said infrastructure plans.

Aside from all that, the Trump interim team were clearly setting out the agenda for weak dollar and support of gold and potentially silver, so again just joining the more obvious dots for those who aren't being MSM brainwashed!

How weak is weak? Well, it can be handled in many ways, devaluation the ultimate sanction if things don't go as planned. But I see he's started on China as a manipulator already this morning, and Mnuchin is onside in the "quotable" stakes so far too.

I'd imagine at least 1:107 this spring for dollar to yen which is what I follow as safe haven related dollar coverage thanks to Jamesiebaby's tip.

Bit disappointed I got the direction of the dollar index wrong, looks like the government going to throw its weight behind getting it down after all. Paper profits in HOC and FRES are making up for it though!

Get white space with a small question mark in the middle for four graphs, which might be iPad related. Dunno, not able to restore iPad back a week since it happened apparently.

Consoling myself with HOC performing more like it should!
