Highway Capital Share Discussion Threads

I have specialesd in shells for a long time and usually make between 5 and 10 times the stake with my stockbroker who also is into this market.
Highway meets the bill-small company -still only valued at £ 2 milion plus-85% of shares tied up ( small free float)-cash-no ongoing business-losses to offset aginst profits -heavyweight shareholders with large stakes-and now regan of corvus who clearly is buying for reason.
I expect a deal to be announced soon or by interims in june. This I expect is a rights issue to fund a purchase or reverse tackeover the rights to be a number of shares for every one held at a low price.
These shares will rise to a large premium ( maybe 5-10 times)on the announcement and this is where the profit will be made.
This i believe is what will happen and you need to get aboard now.
Price and spread are difficult at the momemt as only a few free shares available and who nows who is in the background trying to obtain a large number in one bite.

I managed to add another 5k @27p, i wanted more but they wanted 30p. i'll try for some more this week but the spreads a real killer.
sold some of my CVS today so nearly in for free.
how did you manage to get your stake? why did he want to sell?

Well it has been a long wait for this fully listed shell, however late today Andrew Reagan's Corvus Capital has acquired a 20% stake. He does not buy into tiny shells for no reason-this is about to explode, anouncement probably with soon june results.GET ON BOARD.

They are quoted on the main market not the AIM, growbag.
But they are taking an awfully long time to tie up a deal.
While they have been sitting on their hands the market has been in a continuous upswing. It's OK to be cautious but this is ridiculous. Perhaps the sleepy board needs a wake-up call from the shareholders?

Interims should be posted this week with the deal news. Its your last chance to hop aboard before the big rise.

My patience is wearing thin, loobrush.
Is Highway on a road to nowhere?
Shell companies are a dime a dozen now.
Let's hope that, in not concluding a deal yet, the company is waiting to produce a value-enhancing deal that will delight us both!

Your comments are valid on Highway Capital (as also were your same comments 18 months ago). It is a long and boring wait.
I do hope the board get a move on (I have held these for some period both under their current name and their previous Superframe)and that they find a suitable business to reverse into HWC.
I do wonder if Keelwalk have plans to come to market.

Time to look at highway capital where dominic weakly is on board.Valued at 900,000 with pure cash in the bank, fully listed company is looking at reverse takeover opportunities as latest interims show-price is at low point and with only a few shares in free float will rocket on annaouncement -get in now for xmas present-could double overnight on any news

2,000,000 shares changed hands in this tiny shell yesterday as Keewalk Prpoerties increases its stake and price rises 2p in the day.
Due to announce results shortly this cash shell company with minute valuation will rocket shortly as it takes on a new business. I ve told you all before-get on board for the action for aten bagger before its tooooolate.

Nissi---- free float is generally in lots of 25 to 30,000 which come onto the market regularly. Paul Fellerman penny share expert has ben accumulating stake over last 9 months at around current money. Now holds 10% as well as Keewalk Prpoperties.He has now invested over £100,000.00 . Mark my words last time I followed him in I made a 10x gain this man knows how to make money.
Their will be a shell announcement soon nd the sshare will fly.
