Yes work underway and as you rightly point out Prismo a very confident tone and detailed report of operations. However they have got to find oil to keep us smiling but if they do then we will have a lot more to smile about.

Profit taking after such a strong rise is not at all surprising but nothing has changed regarding the potential upside in the medium to longer term in my opinion.

I believe we are still undervalued.

AGM Resolutions

This is 31,635,040 shares that they are asking permission to allocate......

"7. THAT the directors of the Company be and are generally and unconditionally authorised pursuant to section 551 of the Companies Act 2006 (the "Act") to exercise all powers of the Company to allot equity securities (as defined in section 560(1) of the Act) in the Company and/or to grant rights to subscribe for or to convert any security into such shares ("Allotment Rights"), but so that the maximum amount of equity securities that may be allotted or made the subject of Allotment Rights under this authority are shares with an aggregate nominal value of £1,581,752 representing approximately 33.3 per cent. of the Company’s current issued share capital"

Here's a strange one..... or is it? AGM is 3 weeks earlier than last years and fits in with the first drill.....

"9. THAT a general meeting of the Company, other than an annual general meeting, may be called on not less than 14 clear days’ notice, provided that the authority granted by this resolution shall expire at the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the Company."

cashed out for just under 20% profit this morning.

Will have another punt if I can buy back below 20 (unlikely I know).

Stock could easily go much higher but after huge rise post placing I thought I would take a profit. A few weeks ago I was pretty much writing it off against tax, what a turnaround!
