Now could be the time to start buying again with Schlumberger testing HNR's DT Ultravert system about to start this month or next.

By my analysis the large "Y" trades that pushed the price down have been steadily decreasing:

May 38.6m
June 19m
July 10.3m

Also the 5m warrants anounced on 1/7/2016 as being exercised by the Institution who bought them from Diversion, seem to have been easily sold onto the market on 4/7/2016 (when a trade for 5,030,000 was recorded).

The company seems to have access to cash when needed. They raised £765,000 on 29/1/2016 and £519,093 on 27/4/2016 via via Placings, plus £1.25m from the 5m warrants exercised on 1/7/2016. They are also receiving 10's of thousands of £'s each month from the exercise of smaller amounts of warrants (see the RNS announcements, e.g. 8/7/2016 50k warrants = £12,500, & 28/7/2016 100k warrants = £25,000) - don't know who is exercising these but the numbers are small.

Also roll out via Calfrac and others would be at zero capex to HNR and infact produce a revenue stream.

Listen to HK he has seen the light.

I just popped in here to see how many of the old faithful were left. It appears not many but a whole bunch of other mugs have taken their place.

Not long now for the DT Ultravert tests that could give a ten bagger overnight.

Too good to miss at these prices. DT Ultravert could revolutionise the refracking business with low oil prices meaning companies need a cost effective way to maximise every last bit of production from pre-existing wells.

LONDON (Alliance News) - Highlands Natural Resources PLC on Friday said its DT Ultravert technology could be proven to be a game-changer for the global oil and gas industry within the next few months as the company continues to push toward commercialisation.

The DT Ultravert technology was developed by Diversion Technologies. Highlands made a move last year to acquire a 75% interest and has since partnered up with oil services giant Schlumberger to advance the technology and make it commercial.

Schlumberger has struck a deal with one of its clients that is willing to test the DT Ultravert technology on its own wells that lie in the Piceance basin of western Colorado, US, and testing is expected to start in July and end, "at the latest", in September.

Highlands said it will not incur any costs as a result of that deal, and said results from those tests should be able to be published in the coming months, adding that successful results will lead to a "game-changing technology" for the oil and gas industry.

The technology re-fracks existing wells in order to improve efficiency and production levels, a very attractive proposition in the current oil price downturn as the industry's focus for maintaining or increasing production levels is on improving existing operations, rather than spending money on developing entirely new projects or wells.

With the US being the home of the shale boom, Highlands and its partners see the country as a key area for the commercialisation of DT Ultravert.

Notably, Highlands has 19 patent filings in the process of being approved as it continues to protect its potentially valuable technology. Those patents do not only cover the US but also Canada and the UK.

In addition, Highlands has recruited Domingo Mata, the former senior production engineer and stimulation domain manager of Schlumberger, to head up the commercialisation of the technology by appointing him as lead marketing manager of DT Ultravert.

Highlands also introduced another partner to push the technology back in May. Calfrac Well Services Corp agreed to license the DT Ultravert technology on a shared exclusivity basis for use on its own operations, which will involve royalty payments being paid to Highlands. On Friday, Highlands said talks between Calfrac and Schlumberger about that potential deal are ongoing.

If Highlands can finalise a deal with Calfrac, it could lead to DT Ultravert being deployed across seven US states.

In addition, Highlands said it is talking to Great Western Oil & Gas Co about the potential to use the technology to re-frack between 5 and 30 wells in the US. Highlands believes the wells in question are "prime candidates" for DT Ultravert, but warned no deal is guaranteed.

"With a superb team on side, and the potential to utilise DT Ultravert for a broader number of applications, we believe this is a positive time for the company and its shareholders. Whilst the logistical issues of water allocation in the Piceance Basin are frustrating, with terms agreed and the testing to be carried out at no cost to Highlands, we look forward to the results in the coming months," said the company.

The competent Persons Report indicated HNR's methane to be worth $341m with an 80% probability of success, excluding the value of any helium. They estimated 2.1 bcf helium (note - bcf) which currently sells for $104/mcf, compared to natural gas at $2.5/mcf, i.e. helium sells for 50 times more than natural gas.

On DT Ultravert, Shlumberger are testing DT Ultravert via oil and gas company Laramie (Energy) who have wells in Colorado. Presumably they could also be a future customer for the DTU system. This article actually refers to some of their recently purchased acreage having 5000 drilling locations.

This all looks extremely promising. This is a coiled spring waiting to 10x bag. A 300p share price would still only value the Co at leas than £100m, so even 600p looks possible to me.

Any idea what happened to the gravity prospect where a well was to have been completed in June at 50k USD?

Now a very nice risk spread portfolio:

1) DT Ultravert refracking system.
2) Low risk 6 well program in Colorado, adjoining Conoco Phillips producing wells.
3) Natural gas and helium acreage in Montana, now with a Competent Persons Report.
4) Uranium acreage in Utah (well logs in the claims section indicate potential world class - low cost in-situ solution mining planned - seeking partner).
5) Gravity gas prospect in North Dakota.

Any one of these could be a company maker, with Points 1 & 2 also offering near term payback.

(Focused specifically on acquiring oil and gas assets which are commercial at current low oil prices).
