This is a cbd business now. All other assets virtually worthless. As super pointed out HNR investors have been take for a ride by Mr Price. No doubt he will bail on any volume. They picked up cbd business for 1.5M dollars. How much value been added since the placing?

Next week with good RNS people will scramble to buy this.

Most oil and gas holders selling and CBD investors will be buying this massive next week.

Massive potential lies ahead.
New CEO

Marty

Paul Mendell is the issue, he has issues.

I did warn way back, ask the CEO that has left.

So it was no surprise to me when over-inflated claim were being made, it fits with suspected issues.

Helium

That was never viable, it was a hot topic in the US. I had been tracking it for some time and in comms with Helium experts in the US who were on the ground in Montana. They said the area HNR were looking at was not viable. Low percentage rates and much less economic than a host of sites available. The other issue was disposal of produced
water as it was too tight in that area to absorb it. Hence as I recall there was only 1 gas well in that relevant county.

HNR pumped to up sucked investors in and tried to sell it on. However I believe the potential buyer also spoke to the same US experts and realised it was a dud.

I did try many times to warn PIs.

The oil play is on the fringe of the oil play in Colorado, the only reason they got to the same levels of initial production was due to huge frack wells instead of the 20 to 30 fracks for the ones further north, hence costs would be much higher and thus they ended up with a fraction of the interest.

Then the frack issue, another hot topic and Paul came up with an answer which now seems dead.

Never mind eh hemp is the hype now so let's grow it in greenhouses at higher cost than simply growing it outdoors in areas where the climate supports it.

One lot of spin to the next and the current CEO has left, look at Paul not him imo.

AS a pure CBD stock i am now interest in investing. Im guessing Peeps that were invested as an OIL and Gas play will be selling. some churn expected as O&G investors sell out and potential CBD investors buy in.

+ to that:

OTC market soon.

Google:
''In total, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland has a population of 63.18 million people vs the United States of America which has population of 309.35 million.''

5 x times more investors to buy highly undervalued HNR shares.

Tick-tock.

A low MCAP main market listed company who are expanding internationally in a lucrative market must come to the attention to serious investors / bigger players. The forthcoming availability on OTC for US investors will also bring liquidity. One can speculate on who the HNWI are - but I believe they've gone to sticky hands and have seen significant value for 350k @ 6.9p.

33,000 sq foot facility growing hemp/cannabis???

Likely to be a new facility that was built by idiot investor a few years back on the boom and failed to make any money. Possibly gullible celebrity investors?

Hire lots of new staff and launch a media blitz.

goes belly up after a couple of years, can't make a profit.

Investors get into financial trouble

And staff leave.

Banks getting twitchy

Hunting about for a buyer, getting desperate

And up pops Twinkle Toes with a plan.........

Once on OTC market.

US investors are not going to wait for UK to catch up ;)
They know very well that Hemp and CBD businesses are valued in hundreds of millions :))))))

And yes what is the size of US comparing to UK? How many more potential investors ;)? Exactly :)))))

Interview with FD on Investors Champion -

www.investorschampion.com/channel/podcasts/more-than-money-highlands-natural-resources

I don't hold, used to ages ago got fingers singed. As I recall Price was a bit of a ducker and diver to put it mildly and the FD to me sounds very cautious but....the market they are looking at is potentially very attractive.
