Over on iii "the moocher" has made a comment that is very significant comming from him, he clearly knows something that I do not. Something has happened, and it is very good for the HSG and shareholders. I will not comment further until I know more and even then may not be able to say anything. "the moocher" and I think alike FWIIW.

Not sure if I should say this but ceebs is taking a bit of a well earned break, a mini holiday, he has dealt with over 6000 emails in recent times and deserves it. Probably best if he does not email you for a while since he is probably on the vino.

To recap if you are new to the HSG send proof of ID (scanned passport ID page) proof of address (relaxed a bit from what it was, scanned utility bill or bank statement) and finally proof of your HIBU shareholding scanned copy of brokers account statement or a letter from your broker stating the size of your holding.

Please be patient however if no reply in a few days resubmit.

Use the correct e-mail address note plural "holderS"

Gave ceebsy my info 6mill shares but heard nothing since ! do you think he has them in the pot !?

freddie - totally agree ;-) I really feel we are on the verge of a major 'Shareholder Spring' and when we win this case, I hope the limited company we have formed remains in operation as a vehicle for other shareholders to use should a similar situation arise.

For anyone who holds hibu shares PLEASE JOIN THE HSG NOW - you have nothing to lose.

Ceebsy is very very busy at the moment IMHO, things are crystalising. It is going to be very interesting to see how things pan out in the end. There will IMHO be quite a few surprises and many people are going to be very shocked. This has the potential to entirely change the relationship between private shareholders and company management. In the past institutions have tended to go along with management and the PI has been completely ignored. I believe that mindset is shortly to be destroyed but time will tell. Again I see the relationship between nominees and the PI changing, again time will tell. United PIs can be very powerfull also they can cause management to only operate lawfully and only in the interests of all stake holders.

The above comments are relevant to all listed companies and their PIs.

well i have a account with my stockbroker but theres nothing in there from cattles. or should i contact them?

You should have at least received 1p. I got this and so did many others.

I was not aware until recently of the increased payout for those who took action which is why I will not be making the same mistake twice.

If you hold shares in hibu, please join the hibu shareholders group. I sent off my details on Monday but have not heard anything yet is that normal? I dont mean to be pushy I have no doubt there is a HUGE amount of work going on but if my Email never arrived I will resend it I do not know either way at the moment. Thanks.
