25/7/2013 12:26 | ceebsy - 12 Jul 2013 - 12:29:21 - 7737 of 7915 We have now had applications totaling 390,000,000 shares for the group. Of course this means nothing unless they are verified. Current verified members of the group hold just over 122,000,000 shares (verified by Solicitor with supporting documentation and photo ID) This was up to the end of our first tranche of collations last Friday. With this backlog and daily new applications to join we have decided to have a second collation excercise. A member of the group has kindly offered to fund the second tranche, so please if you are interested in joining please contact us sooner rather than later and send your request to hibushareholders@gma I will only be posting on here from now on only in relation to the group for new members. ceebsy - 03 Jul 2013 - 08:36:04 - 7631 of 7915 Thank you to all of you that have registered for access to the website. We have received your applications and we are currently loading the site with relevant content. We will have final and confirmed numbers from the Solicitor on Friday, and as soon as we have cross referenced this we will make the applications live. I am sure you will appreciate that this is done to ensure that only genuine holders with an interest in the company have access to the site. We will be working on this over the weekend as well so anticipate everyone having access to the site by the early part of next week. As previously mentioned I have to put a finite time on the collation due to the cost issues. I do not want to continue to employ a lawyer on an indefinite basis to collate the share holdings. Those of you that have advised me that you are on long term travels etc will certainly be accommodated for the allocation. After this it will be a group decision whether or not we fund the costs of a second trance of applications. Thank you all again for your support, please bear with me and T&D whilst we finalise the website and authenticate the holders. This will ensure that it is a fair a sensible platform for all genuine holders. ceebsy - 01 Jul 2013 - 08:16:10 - 7585 of 7915 The website is now active for holders to register, you can do this at www.hs-group.net Please allow a few days for your registration to be activated, and please ensure the email address you register with is the one that you used to register with the solicitors. This will then make the cross referencing easier to do. We have now had this collation exercise running for over 7 weeks and I think that is a fair enough amount of time to give everyone a chance to register. We certainly aren't cutting anyone out or excluding anyone. The only reason we have to put a cut off date on it is that it will cost more to engage the solicitor beyond this point and I don't want to bear these additional costs. I am expecting between 350 and 450 requests to join the site so please bear with us whilst we get you all registered. Thanks again for your support. ceebsy - 25 Jun 2013 - 10:41:24 - 7549 of 7915 Thanks Pete, hibushareholders@gma | freddie ferret

25/7/2013 11:52 | who said i haven't taken up any of your (two?) tips? :-) btw TLY could be interesting post AGM today... | knigel
25/7/2013 11:50 | Anyone caught holding this today (which includes me)knew the risks adn cannot be surprised at the result. Holding was an extrmely risky gamble and we lost. I don't edpect or deserve any sympathy. However that does not mean that the shareholders group doesn't have the moral right to fight for some compensation from this mess. The behaviour of this company has been pretty awful. The people who bought around the 5p mark did so on promises of microsoft, shareholder value and debt being serviceable have a right to say they've been mugged. Those who bought any shares since the no or little value statements are gamblers who lost | applelover
25/7/2013 11:48 | KN. You keep posting bullish claptrap everywhere about complete junk. As I've said many times it should be illegal. As for me being a loser I keep feeding you ideas, virtually all of them very successful and you keep ignoring them. And now you've become a total hypocrite to boot! | britishb
25/7/2013 11:48 | Temoer Temper. Are you the sane westham involved in the Just Group debacle? | pwhite73
25/7/2013 11:44 | lol !!!!!!! Heee Heeee Heeee BOOOO | hvs
25/7/2013 11:37 | the writing has been on the wall for a long time. the long suffering holders (read as: those who haven't got the guts to take a loss) have missed our on spectacular gains on those boring FTSE 100 shares. | r ball
25/7/2013 11:22 | HIBU the company who could not even get their share suspension RNS correct. Would you trust this company running your corporate web site? | midasx
25/7/2013 11:14 | A great company for creating your own web page Go Daddy.com | midasx
25/7/2013 11:09 | Knigel Yes you have saved £70 a year. LOL. | ninja 19
25/7/2013 10:55 | No more fly fishing by JK Rowling. Bye Hibu. | cockney sparrow
25/7/2013 10:52 | why pay or i dont use live prices or L2? If advfn wishes to charge a fee i will pat. Do not use the fact that u pay as some reason u think u are better than the rest of us. All the subs i have saved! :-) | knigel
25/7/2013 10:50 | sorry but explain WHY u have been posting for 4 years when never holding? A grudge? or just a sad loser who likes rubbing people up the wrong way? Hopefully those who were invested still realised it was an ultra high risk share which was either going to recover a little over time or be delisted. You were right but why all the posts over the years? King of the advfn trolls is your reward | knigel
25/7/2013 10:39 | KNIGEl I had great interest on this dog. Long or short. Look who was posting from 19p to 74p and then reversed from 74p. You are a disgruntled muppet and a very bad loser, a disgraced. You been posting here for 4 years and yet never paid one subscription and complaining about other validated users who are indeed subsidizing freeloaders such as yourself. Now move on to the next disaster | ninja 19
25/7/2013 10:29 | BB the answer is as an ex holder who held for several years a few posts on this sad day is warrabted imo. Different to posting on a share non stop week in week out that you have never held or intend to hold imo. BTW this is the case here with Ninja IQ 19 etc | knigel
25/7/2013 10:20 | i liked this share, sold out a few months ago for about .4p for a big loss. Great volatility a few years back. Poor management & outdated product & massive debt. | declan2
25/7/2013 10:16 | Well KN dear boy. Either you have been wiped out yet again (tho you seem to be denying it?!) or you've been doing a lot of posting about a share you don't own - in which case why do castigate me time and again for doing just that? Answers on a very honest postcard please! | britishb
25/7/2013 09:35 | No more fly fishing............. | cockney sparrow
25/7/2013 09:22 | Boys for the avoidance of doubts the sentiment on this dog is still 5 buy 2 sell. | ninja 19
