So if hibu is temporarily suspended what are the options ahead? If they don't get the percentage needed will they be relisted? Is there any chance they won't agree? I wonder if the share group will have any clout. I really hope they do as I am a fair bit out of pocket.

Good luck to any holders here. I don't know what the ShareProphet's article says but it is bound to be nasty and disrespectful to shareholders. Personally I think that site is a self serving blot on the investment landscape. It is a deramping website. A shame because some aspects of the site suggests it could be successful if the people running it had some intelligence and integrity.

You lot are barking mad.

"Not one positive rns in months designed to supress the share price imo"

Errr..how about

24 May "the chosen option will likely state that there is little or no value attributed to the Group's ordinary shares."

12 Feb "The Group confirms that the options being considered are likely to result in little or no value being attributed to the Group's ordinary shares. "

17 Dec "The Group can confirm that the options being considered are likely to result in little or no value being attributed to the Group's ordinary shares"

etc etc

If you owned this and lost the lot you a) can't say you weren't warned and b) are barking mad.

Go and drown your sorrows and move on!

All the best of luck to the Action Group, I would be surprised if you get anywhere but it's worth a try... you will need to hire (or get for free) some top-drawer legal advice, of the level that Hibu will have paid for in their restructuring negotiations.

aye 5 million quid or even less as the creditors must have had some shares also
was sod all to pay out imo

They new the likely outcome months ago and should have suspended the shares then imo

Not one positive rns in months designed to supress the share price imo

Every time the share moved up the Sunday Times stepped in imo

All a bit wrong imo

Hope the action group get somewhere but am not holding my breath imo

i sold a while back but still held a candle for the share as it was one of my first investment. Just annoyed that a company making an ebitda profit, positive free cash flow and able to service debt (to a point) has to be delisted all for the sake of a mv of 5 million. What really pees me off is the trolls "happy" that fellow investors have lost money today. What goes around comes around and they wouldn't say boo to a goose face to face.

stop wasting your time. it's time to face up to the loss and move on. Hibu is now run by the creditors. the shareholders have no say. the directors would have taken legal advice prior to the announcement. I'm sorry, but that is how it goes.

Hi All,

As you can imagine, I have been inundated with requests to join the group today. I have a backlog of about 170 (at the moment) emails with requests to join.

Please be assured I will answer each and every one of you over the next couple of days with further information.

Thanks for your patience

ceebsy - 12 Jul 2013 - 12:29:21 - 7737 of 7915

We have now had applications totaling 390,000,000 shares for the group. Of course this means nothing unless they are verified. Current verified members of the group hold just over 122,000,000 shares (verified by Solicitor with supporting documentation and photo ID) This was up to the end of our first tranche of collations last Friday.

With this backlog and daily new applications to join we have decided to have a second collation excercise.

A member of the group has kindly offered to fund the second tranche, so please if you are interested in joining please contact us sooner rather than later and send your request to hibushareholders@gmail.com

I will only be posting on here from now on only in relation to the group for new members.

ceebsy - 03 Jul 2013 - 08:36:04 - 7631 of 7915

Thank you to all of you that have registered for access to the website. We have received your applications and we are currently loading the site with relevant content.

We will have final and confirmed numbers from the Solicitor on Friday, and as soon as we have cross referenced this we will make the applications live. I am sure you will appreciate that this is done to ensure that only genuine holders with an interest in the company have access to the site.

We will be working on this over the weekend as well so anticipate everyone having access to the site by the early part of next week.

As previously mentioned I have to put a finite time on the collation due to the cost issues. I do not want to continue to employ a lawyer on an indefinite basis to collate the share holdings. Those of you that have advised me that you are on long term travels etc will certainly be accommodated for the allocation. After this it will be a group decision whether or not we fund the costs of a second trance of applications.

Thank you all again for your support, please bear with me and T&D whilst we finalise the website and authenticate the holders. This will ensure that it is a fair a sensible platform for all genuine holders.

ceebsy - 01 Jul 2013 - 08:16:10 - 7585 of 7915

The website is now active for holders to register, you can do this at

www.hs-group.net

Please allow a few days for your registration to be activated, and please ensure the email address you register with is the one that you used to register with the solicitors. This will then make the cross referencing easier to do.

We have now had this collation exercise running for over 7 weeks and I think that is a fair enough amount of time to give everyone a chance to register. We certainly aren't cutting anyone out or excluding anyone. The only reason we have to put a cut off date on it is that it will cost more to engage the solicitor beyond this point and I don't want to bear these additional costs.

I am expecting between 350 and 450 requests to join the site so please bear with us whilst we get you all registered.

Thanks again for your support.

Not sure what shareprophets is? My guess would be some sort of share tipster program.
A link would be nice.
Hope they did not take my name in vain.
