Makes sense GS?9 June 2015Beowulf Mining Plc("Beowulf" or the "Company")Directors' Salary Sacrifice and Issue of New SharesBeowulf (AIM: BEM; Aktietorget: BEO), the mineral exploration and development company focused on the Kallak iron ore project in northern Sweden and its Swedish exploration portfolio, announces that it has issued 2,035,457 new ordinary shares ("New Shares") to Directors, following the Board of Director's decision in October 2014 to take a proportion of their salary and fees in shares instead of cash ("Salary Sacrifice"), aligning themselves with the interests of shareholders.

Her was No7 in top 30 'losers' around 1000 when I bought some, 14pc down. Not now uhmm? And under 7pc. Looks like most later trades were buys then?

Where is the fat lady? Try buying under 0.018 now. What a fun lot you must be down the pub. Maybe clink a desultory glass or two post AGM?

just take few minutes and recap of the amount of BS being thrown to us by GS himself through webcasts ,:

lies, misleading, and constant hype and confidence for the delivery of Picachos by the year end (2015)

now listen to these webcasts below and ask question if this man really fits to run this company:

Val, I was wondering who was buying after that rns of nothing going on. i'm surprised it's you!
I've come to the conclusion buying shares is like catching a train or bus, it's best to get on one heading to where you want to go. This bus has South on the front, I don't want to go there.

I recall buying these at 3-4p...Under 0.018p now..so I am back. Directors and family bought much higher. Most work done. either they are incompetent thieves or they are setting out the silver service for the future. I believe the latter.

That's true other than the risk is that the proceeds of La Serena type sales only go to pay management salaries.

What we have here is an opportunity for the vultures to pick over the bones and make a decent banquet out of it for little cost to them, because we will of paid most of the bill already.

Can't Sloan clear off to run another junior miner into the ground, and at least relieve this one of his onerous, ludicrously inflated and unmerited pay packet? His first act here, in July 2012, was to arrange a placing at 0.8p- while the share was still trading at over 1p. The writing, as far as his skillsets and credibility are concerned, was already on the wall.

I note that the Australian Special Opportunity Fund has now been welcomed as a most honoured shareholder.I'd question whether Lind as an equity drawdown operator ever intended to achieve such revered permanency.I don't think you even have to read between the lines to recognise that money to fund Picachos isn't forthcoming.HER could always sell a majority interest to a major to get Picachos into production,I suppose.Personally,I wouldn't even support a heavily discounted equity placing given the outlook.When there's no cash flow all you are really left with is a belief (misplaced here)that the management can bring things to fruition.Looking forward to the Ashes Graeme?....how apt.

Looking at 2015, Herencia plans to:

-- finalise mining and development studies for mining at Picachos;
-- undertake an infill drilling program targeting:
o high-grade structural mineralisation in the planned open pit hanging-wall zone;

o extensions to the high grade copper mineralisation, particularly to the north, focussing on an area around holes PP14048 and PP14049 which intersected 9m at 2.22% copper and 19m at 1.83% copper respectively and which lie in the area immediately to the north of what is currently planned to be the open pit at Picachos;

o depth extension to the current high-grade mineralisation;

o Infill drilling of the existing high-grade resource area; and

-- lodge mine development permitting applications with the authorities and obtain financing to develop Picachos in the shortest practical time-frame.

Rule 1, never invest in a mining company with an Australian CEO, Rule 2, never forget Rule 1.

Graeme Sloan, CEO of Herencia Resources, tells Proactive Investors the Picachos deal is "really good" for shareholders as they will pick up an asset that will have no equity nor cash costs to them. He believes production can start in a "much, much shorter" amount of time than the typical five years required for explorations assets.

...

He claimed within two years!

If this company ever gets to a point where it moves into production the long term share holders will have been turned over so many times by equity raising (and dare I say it share price manipulation) and their holdings so diluted in the process that there is too little upside to cover off a whole heap of risk. This mornings statement about 'going concern' and further equity raising this year just indicates GS's aim of production in 2015 is not going to happen - open pit or not. Keep the faith? Nope mine has just expired....

If there is light at the end of the tunnel, its a long long tunnel. I've still been selling HER and buying LGO. I reckon if the fortunes here look to be turning around in the future, I can always sell some of the profit making shares to buy back in here.
Not a hint of anything good happening here.
