Posted at 12/6/2018 14:17 by kingharold The reason is that it was HER's turn to act as a false dawn and become merely a fabricated and meaningless breakout, with no justification, in order that gullible and unknowing investors can be fleeced by seasoned pros and other wise men. |
Posted at 10/11/2017 11:36 by ny boy Great trading stock but always keep your core holding if you got in near the lows. Seems to want to close higher, let’s see how we go this month, obvious target 0.125p(VELA) is another great little upstart attraction investor attention..dyor as usual |
Posted at 27/10/2017 10:39 by ny boy Smart investors had a nice raid and took all the gold from dem hills before they run out of cash again. Better off in IMM, (retire next spring stock.) dyor as usual |
Posted at 07/7/2017 14:08 by cudmore Who bought above the 50% rise point today? LMFAO. Some people will never learn. This share is blatantly being manipulated by well paid traders to suck in normal punters and then cash in their daily profits, leaving the little investors counting how much they are down in just one day!! |
Posted at 07/7/2017 07:48 by martyn9 I have for the last 8yrs owning this, was promising at that time but this is just an AIM dog share now ,keeping directors in money scammed by posting complete rubbish to attract mug investors. |
Posted at 06/5/2017 07:50 by pwhite73 Thank you Induna123 but it is never a waste of time giving one's personal opinion to fellow PI investors to protect them against losses. The bid is now at 0.055p but the last placing was at 0.045p whilst Lind and Darius are holding 13 billion at 0.02p. Herencia stock is a one way ticket to hell. |
Posted at 29/4/2017 08:18 by pwhite73 Philgyuk - "PS The current major shareholders hold 2 billion of the 4 billion shares currently available."The last time I checked the major shareholders page of the website had not been updated since May 2016. You have absolutely no idea who is holding what. What we do know is that in October 2016 $200k was raised via a conversion loan. The CLN allows Lind and Darius to convert 13 billion shares at 0.02p which is less than half of the latest placing price and twice as many shares. The shares haven't been converted yet not because they are long term holders but simply because they haven't been able to. The lack of progress in Chile has resulted in low trading volumes meaning there is not enough liquidity to dump the shares. With the new board in place and an intention to reinvigorate Chile lots more RNS announcements will be made which will generate new interest in the company. This interest will attract new investors willing to get their hands on stock at 0.06p 0.05p 0.04p 0.03p and 0.02p. If you are buying or holding above these prices you will lose money. Do you see how they closed the bid yesterday at 0.06p. This is so that nobody but the placees can sell into profit. HERENCIA RESOURCES IS AN AIM DOG. |
Posted at 27/4/2017 13:09 by ny boy That is not how new investors are seeing it, trouble is when you have been waiting as an old investor for so long, you can only see negative scenarios. This is mentioned in Warren Buffett book, he started buying when old investors were so beaten up in their minds they could not see any opportunities, the rest is history, Warren cleaned up, the oldies never removed and missed the boat entirely.Hese will flourish over time but it depends on where you are at now. Posted at 10/3/2017 13:56 by kingston78 I would like to make a general statement based on my experience. A share will rise if the company consistently makes profit and pays a decent dividend. There is more certainty, and this applies to more mature larger companies. As regards small companies, unless they have superior products or services, coupled with good management, they will usually go nowhere and will not be recognised. A change of management and / or major investor may change investors' perception. If HER had been that good its share price would not have been so low for so long. The recent announcement of a US$50,000 loan hyped up imagination and the share price multiplied. Thinking about it in the cold light, what can US$50,000 do? Even US$1 million is little in today's commercial world. Market makers were caught short as buyers came in. Market makers normally are unwilling to trade in small companies in any quantity. But when demand rises, so will the share price, being squeezed. The reverse is also true and when it falls it will fall very quickly. A 50% retrace or more is common. |
