can someone please tell me how can you possibly keep earning 6 figure salary WHILE you have managed:

to totally ruined this company,
return no value,
made bad decision, (or no decision),
contributed nothing,
none of the objectives ever been meet,
and the long list goes on and on...........

but how can you please even justify still take salary home with this level of performances, and this goes to all the BOD and not just GS, but him particularly as he is directly responsible for this mess!

please don't be fooled by today rise, fundamental is sadly very shaky here

let me see that feaso THIS WEEK, or we will dive to 0.15p mark in no time!

time is running out, or in fact already RAN OUT, and GS is ran out of BS!

exactly the case here, GS ruined this company and now will cost us all money and time to put this right, IF we can put this right, but he should first resign and go

For most private clients here,the battle was lost long ago,we're mostly sitting on substantial capital losses.Even to get back to the price of 2p that prevailed when MB left,the stock would have to be a ten bagger.To be fair to Herencia,there are far better comparable mining juniors that are over 90% off their top and thus HER's decline is not,as we all know,that particular and Stockready should really acknowledge as much.However,now the tide has gone out,I admit I don't like the cut of Herencia's swimwear.By comparison with a Horizonte for example or a Condor Gold,I reckon HER is wearing a very skimpy costume and not one that would even pass for a cheap pair of Speedos!Strange things have happened in these straitened times.You will recall that Medusa Mining, once an AIM darling,delisted from AIM a year back and scuttled back to the Australian homeland.Presumably to court and nurture a reliable Aussie Pacific shareholder base and leave fickle,unsupportive UK shareholders to rue their fate.Makes you think.

In some respects I admire the way that Herencia has staggered on in recent years.Nyrstar (once touted as a takeover predator)has gone down a proverbial rabbit hole to be overtaken in the significant holders list by Lind Partners(the pawn shop merchants of the junior exploration fraternity) while the likes of Anglo Pacific exited propitiously before even Mr Bohm left.New kids on the block like Shining can be regarded as bottom fishers at best and chancers at worst,paying a premium to take an initial stake but then ducking a subsequent placing pitched at near half their initial purchase price.I have no idea who Darius Oriental are other than their registered office is in New York.Recently we've had a fire sale of assets which (while confirming that even a dead horse has value at the local knackers yard )reaffirms that more conventional finance is very hard to come by.Perhaps we could struggle on by selling further family jewels but for now all would appear to hinge on bringing a copper project to fruition that didn't even figure in broker's scribblings five years ago.

I find it questionable that the current motley crew of "Pacific" shareholders could ultimately prove to be the bedrock of future finance as inferred by the recent RNS informing of a change of broker.I'm not sure that Lind aren't committed in a Macbeth style manner ie it's easier to continue given they're up to their neck in it.Lind have certainly murdered my appetite to buy more stock.As for Shining and Darius,well who the hell knows what their commitment is.

Finally,the Herencian wage bill is extraordinarily high.A number of junior explorer managements in similar circumstances have opted for reduced salaries and options in lieu.Just a thought.

who said timing is not important, all of these damages takes loads of time, money and management to put right,

and I want to see if they are now waking up to this sad realities that any delays of Picachos Feaso results beyond April point is a very very dangerous and damaging game, which is rather stupidly played by GS here!

more damage by ignorance of this man and lack of understanding of PR and knowledge of how this news should be handled is going to cost us all so dear!
2 months delay on feaso, exactly what he did with Patagu (7 months delays there) all of these are wiping values here, and the point is, if he doesn't understand what he is promising he shouldn't be doing this job!

He should just come out and at least say he is running behind, or the results are BS, or he is incapable of running this company any more and he is resigning, etc

this is the time to come clean and tell all the decent share holders the truth exactly as it is, and how it is!

he has no time left!

PLEASE take a moment and reflect on this BS (below), and then please come here and tell me who are this GROWING SHAREHOLDERS? ! GS families/friends investing here now!? where are these people?? if they are investing why the share price going down? so sad, GS needs to be stop as MD with immediate effect if this is the line of BS we receive... please reflect on it:

when he first broke that news to people last year that he wants to deliver Picachos by the end of 2015, I asked on what basis he can even make such a claim if he has no idea of Capex/Opex no feaso, no finance, no idea or expertise commissioning, even small scale operation!?

today we are witnessing yet again how right I was to question that!

every single one of you invested here should be writing to the company demanding answer, and also asking for GS resignation,

how much damage you want to see to be convince he is incapable delivering project, incapable running this company, and he is certainly has his chances many times,

he knows nothing beyond drilling and blabbing loads of BS on his release RNS...
