But ONLY on the conditon to at least read what I posted, and PLEASR take off your tinted glasses and FOR ONCE BE HONEST about your investment in HER

come and tell me why we can't do with anyone better tha GS? and what should be the reason he should be keeping his job and KEEP damaging us as investor.. ?

right after of so called termination of Lind deal he should have resined and gone.....

but he decided he can stay and do more damages.... so why leave then....

and surely he done exactly that...

if I was you, and seeing i have done nothing to turn this company around and bring the share price from high 4p to low 0.2p i would have resigned by now.

to me it is truly pethatic to keep holding to thay chair while you have no defence case...nothing to be proud of, no value added, ...

GS truly think he can get away with all these mess he created here?

does he think his problems will be going away by extending this circus for longer.....?
at some point he needs to face the facts and there is no get away from that....

I am fed up of how GS is treating decent shareholders here and I am truly hurt that i learned in the hard way that GS has no solutions, no clues to even get us out of this utter BS mess...

he just can't do it, because he doesn't know how,
i can advice him what to do, I even tried hard to put him in touch with Harry but he didn't take it serious, and Harry doesn't have a time for losers....
so that offer is now exprired...

i can help GS than just say to him, please give it up and hand over to Jimmy. you have no clues the amount of damage you done to this company and it decent loyal shareholders, and yes I am one of them and I do care....

i hope he realise sooner then later...

I want answers,
decent share holders wan some answers,
the whole market want some answers,

only seems suiting Mr.GS to hide behind his drilling campaign and pretend he is delivering value here!

that is BS, because decent shareholders have been hammered here as result of mismanagements and lost chances,

for how long we should be tolerating this?

why no one is taking a lead to end this BS delays and false hopes ?

why BOD and specially chairman not questioning the delivery and disaster delays

is no one cares? or they don't know what they should be doing to end these utter BS nonsense?

action should have been taken back in 2013 when GS so rudely delivered that RNS in Nov 2013 regarding Lind deal being terminated, that point he should have bite the bullet and get out of this company with that amount of damage!

instead like always he made it like he achieved something great giving away our shares to those crooks in Lind and expect us to clap our hands for him!

and today he is not telling us why JORC in picachos being delayed?

is it because he his the rocks and now he is trying to keep drilling to find us some BS answers, like always?

yes he would come and say to us, EXCELLENT results, outstanding mineralisation etc etc... but when it comes to delivering values, then it would be market fault!

lets thank Lind for screwing us big time, and give them more OPTIONS? why GS thanked them !!!

of course they wouldn't have terminated the deal without making sure they take sizable asset out of this company, and they did

and question is why the deal was terminated?

is GS saying he screwed up and he had to give away the company share at 0.1p to only make sure these bastared terminate the deal!!

why did you made such a deal in the first place??????

didn't you (GS) read the contract when you were relaxing behind your desk HAVING YOUR coffee?

I think GS will make a very good column writer on Mining magazine, he knows how to BS and how to hype stories, and even lecture the experts of how the price of Zinc will be in coming years! lol
wow Goldmen Scache need to recruit him..lol

Mr. GS: please pack it up and go, and let Jimmy run this company to successful end/production,

you sadly failed, and I always said you do mean well and you tried hard, but that is sadly not good enough for us as investors if you failed to deliver times and times and times and times again! so that says to me you are unable to achieve expectation here and missing time line is becoming so common norm here,

please resign and let someone else capable run this show!

Jimmy Lim should be the new MD/CEO of this company, and I just hope GS realise that and just hand over the mess he created and never come back here again...

with this level of management and achieving nothing here at HER, I hope he does not ever get into another similar start up small miners company, because he would simply ruined them with his laid back and rather relax and amateurish approach.

We have achieved nothing here, because we had several ambitious big plans, BUT we had no management, no money,no support, no expertise to take advantage when it was all mattered, no it is too late IMHO

I have been a suffering shareholder here for 7 years (as so many) some of your points stockready i feel are valid and reflect the frustration of a company that could easily yield vast returns if directed correctly.Speaking personally i have a large investment in this company,maybe more fool me!! but i trust eventually this company "one day" will flourish.

lets hope for the change of direction and change of management in the coming months.

I strongly believe GS has realise he needs to pack it up and go, so the reason he brought in Jimmy.

if you look at the jimmy history or if you search a bit more, soon you realise he is not the man who come here and continue working under GS, he is lined up for the MD job, and I believe that is why he is here.

You can always reflect on this post when that happen, and I hope sooner than later, otherwise there is no hope here under GS. IMHO

I truly feel sick to my stomach that GS is not even come clean and accept he simply can't deliver project objectives on time and ONLY he is very good to come up with timelines and objectives without able to achieve any of them ON TIME.
who said time is not important? who said we should be sitting here relax and believe everything will be fine THIS IS WHILE we are keep missing deadlines, objectives one after another and still believe we can deliver open pit by end of the year! really, HOW?

How on earth the Jorc for this delayed beyond Feb and still no news on it? market lost trust and confidence because of the incapability of management to deliver a professional pitch to show that HER truly can be taken seriously in the world platform of mining, to show HER does have a capable, serious management to deliver expectations, and further able to prove they can international can be involve here! what have we seriously done to show that so far? ?
please someone tell me this?

we done nothing but keep missing the deadlines, keep promising and not able to deliver on time! what is the problem here? lack of logistics? expertise? man power? money? what is it exactly which so far could not have been identified to be the reasons behind these delays.

I am feed up of some of GS and his rather naïve or stupid RNS to the market, nothing of commercial value has been said or achieved here, only excellent results from drilling, and delays! wow that is excellent so why we are keep missing the deadlines!

if any of the issue mention above (money, man power, etc) is the problem is it truly not the job of the GS to identify those and make sure project expectation and delivery are in line with capabilities of the company? OR to increase those resources? who is truly responsible for this mess?

I say GS, and I keep repeating that, because this is becoming ridicules that he wants to deliver open pit in about 9 months time and he has NOTHING SO FAR to make the market realise he means business!

April will soon be here and that is the time HER will go under if he doesn't have finance and JORC in place by then... already too late,

we put our trusts and money in here, what have we got in return?
