My guess on the PE thread back on 18th June is for:

"...we should have news of the next tender sometime very soon. I suspect we could see a 28%/30% tender @ 95% of NAV, ie 3.98p/share."

166 pence per share = almost 40% of nav so there may even be a tender for more than 30%
