There's actually more of"it" in Singapore...but a lot more expensive. Still being reasonably well known has it's advantages.....

Badger let's talk here, we can chat without going cross threads. As for wishful thinking, your the one saying 5 million? That's plenty. The rent on the lab? It's pretty easy to find links to tax incentives being offered at present to bring in biotech companies to the area. And WuXi? They have a long history of early pharma investment so very likely they will take equity instead of cash, just my opinion, disagree if you want doesn't make much difference.

Badger, not sure if that was intended to put people off or not? Having 5mil in the bank with CEO saying funded for clinical trials is not a bad thing.
As for your figures, the tax relief and incentives to move to the mint building are quite attractive, I'd be surprised if it costs very much more than their current premises atleast for the first 1-2 years. As for WuXi, looks like some sort of partnership, IMO they will get given some equity in hemo at some point. Just a guess, same as your guessing about the finances. Only thing is the CEO, Dr Sandler, is on record saying they are funded. If your wrong/lie there is no comeback, if he lies he can be done, so no offence but I'm going to trust Vlad on the state of finances...

Financial ResultsDuring the six months ended 30 June 2021, the Company recorded a loss of GBP3,632,338 (2020: GBP835,189 loss). The increased loss reflects a continued increase in operational development and research, and in particular a diversification of activities made possible by the fundraising completed in February 2021. The Company had cash and cash equivalents totalling GBP10,536,668 as at 30 June 2021.Take circa 4 Mio off for second half 2021...and you're left with 6.5 Mio quid less new building costs and Penn fees and whatever this new partnership mob are charging...I reckon nearer 5 Mio usable cash in the bank is much nearer the mark..........

You need to move on from the CLNs. It was a bad decision at the time and created doubt and dilution. It's now been addressed and dealt with. We are where we are! No skeletons, no hang ups. Everyone is looking forward. Your speculation on the funding magical rapid decrease carries no weight. You are just guessing! Yes it will have gone down but not to the extent you suggest imo and not for the reasons you suggest. You understand the sponsorship/grant situation part funding the new lab don't you?

One specific new recruit at HEMO specialises in raising capital, specifically for trials, and specifically non-dilutive funding. Maybe do a bit of digging into them and his past exploits.

Our big bro Eli Lilly have taken a step back with CDX to see how we get on taking it trials. However, we still work with them on the pre-clinical mice and on auto-immune disease treatment development including lupus.

These things don't disappear just because you want them to have a seeminlgy long standing vendetta against Vlad.

HEMO CAR T to be fast-tracked by FDA in the PIND meeting would be very pleasant also... coming soon ;-)

Hi Badger, I decided to read the prospectus as you suggested as I had not read it before. I appreciate your concern and I do take alot of what you post seriously so I have read the Risk Section and my thoughts are
PART A – RISK FACTORS SPECIFIC AND MATERIAL TO THE GROUP
Lack of IND/Funding - Well the funding is sorted, this prospectus led to the CLN and from that the group have secured enough money for the first clinical trials. The IND application is what they are doing right now so not overly concerned about this.
They may not be able to market after clinical trials, there may be delays, they may fail clinical trials - This is common to every single pharma I am aware of, they can all fail, thats why the company is only priced at 17 million and not 2 billion, its to allow for the risk of failure, its priced in.
Covid-19 might affect - Yes, I think it has slowed down progress.

RISK FACTORS RELATING TO THE GROUP’S FINANCIAL POSITION
Well alot of those risk factors came true which is why the share price is 2p, but the prospectus was a year ago when the share price was 10p or more I think? So it was a risk to share holders back then but not now as the CLNs are gone and the company has money in the bank.

RISK FACTORS RELATING TO THE GROUP’S INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
From what I can see over the last year the company has mitigated this risk by securing multiple patents to protect its IP, so again no concerns here.

RISK FACTORS RELATING TO TAXATION
Changes in tax law and practice may impact Shareholders and the Group - I skimmed the rest of this, its generic.

I appreciate your concern but there is nothing in this prospectus which is unique or special to hemogenyx, a year ago it may have been relevant pre CLNs and perhaps should have made people more cautious about investing back then but I dont see why it would deter anyone now. If anything the impact of the CLNs has just presented more of an opportunity to investors like myself who are able to buy now at low prices.

I am sorry you have lost so much on GDR and I wholeheartedly agree with you, how our government has treated British businesses throughout Covid has been a disgrace! Brexit was supposed to be about building British industry and not shipping even more manufacturing abroad.
