Excellent Presentation slides.

Good information about collaborations at Slide Nos 6 and 32.

Also at Slide 6 - "Broad Pipeline Targeting CD47/SIRPα Pathway"

I suspect that there may be some disruption / opportunity in future partnering & development options.

J & J are not on any of the lists.

FOSTER CITY, Calif. & MENLO PARK, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Gilead Sciences, Inc. (Nasdaq: GILD) and Forty Seven, Inc. (Nasdaq: FTSV) announced today that the companies have entered into a definitive agreement pursuant to which Gilead will acquire Forty Seven for $95.50 per share in cash. The transaction, which values Forty Seven at approximately $4.9 billion, was unanimously approved by both the Gilead and Forty Seven Boards of Directors and is anticipated to close during the second quarter of 2020, subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions.

What disaster ?
It’s not even been 1 hour trade.
As I said, we’ve seen nothing yet. Minimum 10% coming.

But then again, shares which I sold for shorts like metro, IMM etc has gone down more today even in upbeat market.

If no deal is signed in next 9 months I will sell up.

- being a holder here ( even if I will continue selling next week ), I want hemo to succeed, but as I said I just can’t trust Dr. Vlad.

Please revisit his tweeting history and timing of RNS. I smell rat..

I was following NFX and their management is also same like HEMO. It’s not rocket science to understand the pattern.

But I would be happy if I’m wrong and equally super happy if I’m right

— I don’t lie. I Parked all my available money in short. I will keep selling my rest of HEMO and rest of IMM share and keep shorting.
