In fairness Dr Vladislav Sandler cannot confirm
any deal to one private shareholder.
Refering to his profile he dodged answering.
His use of twitter may be inept, past tweets
confirm that.
As to that recent tweet we have no evidence to say it
relates to personal matters or the much anticipated deal.
