This is blunt lie. According to the LSE and numerous audited reports Hemogenyx Pharmaceuticals plc is the company listed on the LSE and that is the company everyone holds shares/invested in.

And hemoGenyx pharmaceuticals plc, has been superceded by hemoGenyx uk, and that company now holds all the shares. Vlad and his wife are no longer directors of the plc, which is now defunct, and only Vlad went onto the new company, not his wife.

How about you try reading up to date companies house info of the company you're invested in 😅

Please provide publicly available information that says that Dr. and his wife are directors of subsidiaries of Hemogenyx. These include Immugenyx and the other one (which one is that, Dave)?
Hemogenyx LLC was acquired by Silver Falcon and became Hemogenyx Pharmaceuticals plc, a listed on the LSE company. There can be no directors in Hemogenyx LLC as it is wholly owned by the Hemogenyx Pharmaceuticals plc (HEMO). Please read their prospectus from October 2017.
Unless you can provide publicly available info supporting your claims you are a liar and/or an ex-insider.

scara, that wasn't anything to do with it'd sub, I was correcting on target who said his wife was a director of this company. She isn't, as you can see from companies house.

Hemo USA, directors vlad and his wife. Same company address as immugenyx, THEIR SUB, so directors on both. Hemo USA own the sub, and the only owners of hemo are him and his wife. Would you like me to say it any other ways that don't come out at the same result? 😅

When I can actually dig out the original 8-k filing you can see it. The financial advisor confirmed it in the email to Marie, unless you're gonna make out he is lying? 😂☺ you like saying 'lying' a lot..

This is not Immugenyx or any other company.
Please provide a link that informs the public that Dr. and his wife are directors of subsidiaries such as Immugenyx that you were writing about.

Dave failed to provide any hard evidence to his allegations. He failed to provide any reference to publicly accessible information about the directorship of HemoGenyx’s subsidiaries. This makes me conclude that he is either a liar or an ex-insider and likely both. The truth about his identity will come to light in due time.

In addition to his previous unproven and defamatory claims, he publicly defamed a world-renowned scientist Sir Marc Feldmann by saying that he “ JUMP to be affiliated with a floated company, it's money for nothing “. That is about a man who developed anti-arthritis drug that is used, I bet, by some of the very people writing on this thread.
There is only one person left to be tainted by Dave - Dr. Mike Shepard. Do you have something bad to say about a guy who saved tens of thousands of women from breast cancer?
Truth matters and it always prevails.
