But if you bought to hold for at least a few years (barring a turn for the worse in newsflow) as I did, the squiggly lines on a chart mean jack.

Hi Ant15,

As previously mentioned, for the longterm holders, the daily
price fluctuations are of little significance .. however, for
those that closely monitor the daily price movement, analysis
of the intraday chart, to try and predict the next price move,
creates a bit interest, and helps pass the time.

Also, once perfected, it becomes very useful for identifying
the timing of 'entry & exit' levels when trading.

Very interesting fingers, I would be quite happy for it to keep in the channel and maintain a steady rise.
I have used bigcharts fairly frequently after following your advice a few years back but tend to use advfn charts to post as it seems much quicker to post a direct link etc.(for me anyway) Again interesting about the buys and sells trading price.
There always seems to be discussions regarding whether trades are actually buys or sells during trading so are the points on the chart 100% accurate, or am I just confusing things?
