Even though there are substantially more shares post £60m fundraise, as I expect the acquisition to be earnings enhancing, a divi of 0.34p pa is not out of the question giving me personally a yield of 11.7%!!

@ 5.92p ea., that's £25.4K if their proposition is realistic.
