Cyberbub. That’s not the way it works.

The primary period (which run out in 2025/2026 for 46 out of the 47 leases) is the period when the lessee must achieve reasonable production levels. If so then the lease extends at the agreed royalty rates.

How many of those leases will be in production by mid 2026? It will struggle to be a single one.

The leases were acquired from Bo Sears

“On 11 March 2024, Helix entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement with the Sellers (being Bo Sears and Greenway Royalty Partners, Ltd.), for the acquisition of the entire membership interests in Hereford Resources. On completion of the Sale and Purchase Agreement (which shall be on Admission) the Sellers will each be issued 10,000,000 New Shares in the Company.”

That’s 20m shares for leases that they could not develop.

Yes TD must have been reached now, so you would expect Bo and team to be analysing the results today Monday and then preparing an RNS for release tomorrow morning.

I find it very hard to believe that the directors of this company hope/intend to discover oodles of helium and then be forced to give it all away as the leases expire. Why would they do that, are they idiots? Obviously not. Is PATT claiming that the directors' buddies own the leases and the directors will take a backhander from the lease renewal fees? Libellous of course, doesn't mean it's not true, but if they hit commercial helium at both sites frankly I don't care as a 22p share price will be disappearing over the rear horizon and (say) juicy $3-5m renewal fees, or a sweet royalty deal, will be small beer.

I have followed him ever since he appeared on the CSFS forums at the beginning of 2023

He was trying very hard to RAMP up his losses in ENET at the time they 6p.

He ended up selling them at around 3p , having bought them as high as 60p

PATT, no I don’t think it matters what you post. But you obviously do think it matters, otherwise why would you post on a board of a company in which you hold no shares? And I credit other posters to have enough intelligence to recognise what you are really up to!
Your antics are quite easy to see through, and there is little justifiable value to them. Particularly as you don’t hold any HEX shares. I’m finished with this subject now.

Worraps. Read pages 334 onwards from the prospectus. That’s what I posted about. 46 out of the 47 leases need to be in production by 2026 or the primary period is finished and there is no automatic production on royalties previously agreed. It is very odd that 46 finish in 2026 and 1 in 2033 so they can say between 2025 and 2033.

Plus, do you think it matters what I post?
