The guy has all his wealth by buying ENET at prices as high 60p.

He does NOT like to see anyone doing good hence the lies and deramps.

He does that will a lot of shares EXCEPT the one he holds ENET.

It seems questionable to only raise a distorted point that has the potential to cause panic and therefore lower a share price, and ignore all the potentially enormous positive potential. Dubious behaviour to say the least.

Page 42 of the prospectus says…

“In addition, certain of the Group's properties consist of leases with a defined term which are due to expire in the near future. The inability of the Group to renew the term of such leases on acceptable terms could have a material adverse effect on its business financial condition, financial performance and prospects.”

Seems pretty clear to me.

In almost all exploration companies leases are for a few years for exploration. Once you find what you looking for is easy to agree a lease extension for decades.See Pulsar helium and Avanti as just 2 examples. Bo has been in this business for 3 decades and knows his stuff.

So 46 out of 47 leases will be taken back by the owners between 2027 snd 2028 if all are extended by two years for an unnamed price. Production is planned to start 2026. How does that work as a business? One year revenue then closed?

On Admission, Helix (through Hereford Resources), shall hold certain interests in approximately approximately 11,277.8 acres of Leases located within Central Montana for the purposes of exploration for helium resources. A summary of the Group’s Lease interests is set out in Parts VI and VII of this document.
Lease expirations range from 9 March 2025 to 6 September 2033, depending on the terms of agreement with each lessor. The majority of the Leases are extendable by two years.
Further details in relation to the leases are set out in Part VII of this document.

Go to page 334 section 7 and you will see that 46 of the 47 leases run out 2026 latest. Only 1 number 47 runs out in 2033. Bought from insiders of course. All legal and above board but what happens in 2026 if helium is found? The landowner takes it all. Leases bought from insiders.

I intend to ride this to production in q4 2025 and hopefully dividends. I may sell some along the way but will hold the bulk of my shares.Will be busy weeks ahead after drilling, logging , testing and 30 days of flow test. Then comes the low risk Rudyard drill in Q4 with potential increase to the 0.48 BCF contingent resource there.
