 Brilliant summary from a long-term holder on LSE:I'm a little surprised the rise is so modest, but I'm not worried as I'm not a trader and follow the 'time in the market' principal as opposed to 'timing the market'.My feelings are:- This is now a proven commercial find, so the chances of losing my money based on my current average of 18.6 has pretty much gone.- I suspect people traded this first thing, bagging a nice 20% gain from recent lows, they'll now be out of this for now- Based on recent form, we shoul have a lot of interviews/media soon to give more colour around the RNS, which should give more confidence- We have a lot more news to come from Darwin and Clink#1, which should be significant too- Broker forecasts will be updated and released imminently, with potentially more confident and higher share price forecasts- There's very low liquidity/volume due to the small shares in issue, so institutions won't go near this- With this in mind, the main catalyst is likely to be the cash it throws off and yield for PIs and small/medium investors, HNW, family offices, etc. As we approach first revenue (late 2025) the yield will be too good to ignore.- If the share price doesn't re-rate as we make further progress then acquisitions are likely- They'll probably look for further confirmed results (within a month) before looking at debt finance to fund production, to put them in the very best position for finance terms.- As this progresses through 2025 operational risk decreases, so the share price should climb towards a pretty clear first revenue date.So a number of catalysts here in the very short term (possible further test results before Christmas), and early in the new year with further results, debt finance news and a clearer roadmap to first revenue. And don't forget we could have a HUGE helium and hydrogen discovery at Clink#1.For long term holders, a very solid buy and hold IMO with very little downside risk at today's prices.As always DYOR. |
