Bankrupt2006 - the mining licence terms mean a new company needs forming with Tanzania government which doesn’t get signed off straightaway. Quite rightly Lorna & others will be doing due diligence to go through T&C’s. If you had ever owned a business you would know this piece of information but as you are a no mark, you have never had to think about this type of business decisions. |

He1 do not have control of their own destiny in Colorado as you and others previously stated - that is Fact.
Add in to this that he1 do not yet know how much they will have to stump up for the processing plant/equipment or processing costs.
The drilling team I agree appear to be doing a sterling job, Lorna has now seen first hand how drilling activity should be done 😂😂😂, he1 shareholders are not just paying for 100% of the drilling but also for Lorna’s holiday over there.
You do not need to be clairvoyant to realise the terms and conditions for the mining licence are not great otherwise he1 would of told shareholders, perhaps you should be asking why the company is withholding this key information.

I haven't ramped anything, I unlike you hold stock here , I am happy and in profit (just) but given the news due here and what's in the pipeline I am happy to hold. The only fact you said was they aren't the operator in Colorado , they do however have an equal stake in galactica, so they will have an input for sure, and the drilling team is independent and from what I am seeing extremely professional and timely in their operations. The rest of your bluster is just subjective and guessing at best, you cannot provide proof for what conditions are in the ML, cannot provide proof for what's next for Tanzania not how they will be funding operations to get that into production, only Lorna and co can do that |

More inane deramping from one of the group trolls, HE1 are in full control of their destiny and the proof is readily flowing out with positive news from Colorado that they made an excellent choice partnering with Blue Star. 1 drill already successfully drilled , with positive results so far … another being drilled as we speak in an expedient manner, so no reason to doubt a repeat of the last , just waiting in flow results for that, and given the RNS today , could exceed expectations, which only bodes well for the new well and subsequent ones. As for the ML the only people who know the ML conditions are Lorna and Co, obviously they will want their legal team to go through it with a fine tooth comb and barter if required, but I expect a positive RNS on that too , all you have Rich are your own bitter assumptions , that’s all you have , zero actual facts

Fact 1, HE1 are not operator in Colorado, as such HE1 are not in control.
Fact 2, HE1 have an offer of a mining licence, there will be conditions attached.
Fact 3, with all this so called excellent news the share price can barely hold any gains.

Ok … to counter FACT , you are correct , they are not the operator , they have an equal share in the operation , the drilling contractors appear to be doing a sterling job and so far performing better than expected
FACT. The only people that know of there are any conditions and what possible impact they may or may not have is Lorna and co, could be all is good , but quite rightly , they are having professionals read through the fine detail before agreeing
