There may well be a placing in the offing but HE1's falling is unconnected to this.
There is a sense that by time or if Rukwa ever produces helium there will be a glut around the world making ITW-1 uncommercial.
The same problem has hit Mosman Oil and all the other AIM helium tomorrow players. The major conglomerates that are already producing helium will start producing even more until the market becomes saturated. This is no different to how all natural resources work including oil.
Most of you are too young to remember but a few years back rare earth minerals was all the rage, nobody mentions them today as the market is awash. If ITW-1 ever produces helium how many years away are we talking about? and what will the price of helium be then.
