15/10/2019 18:52 | grabster I take your point that the HO is just off the dual carriage A40 and it is always good to get a feel for a company to go to their HO but a 10am start rather than say a 2pm one does not encourage one to go there in the middle of winter...perhaps the directors have shares in the local pub/hotel. | cerrito
15/10/2019 18:02 | I think you said much the same when it was more than a hundred times this price. Lots of Outlook Statements from Haydale have sounded positive - all the way down. The 'Black Knight' sketch from Monty Python And The Holy Grail comes to mind every time you do that ;-) You've hosted this thread for more than five years now. Are you still convinced Haydale is a winner? | grabster

15/10/2019 12:49 | Grabster, I wouldn't be so negative, try looking beyond the headline numbers and read the outlook statement | timbo003
15/10/2019 11:33 | Cerrito - the agm wasn't "hidden in Wales" - Capel Hendre, Ammanford is where they are based. Just off the end of the M4 - easier to get to than many City Of London locations. (I lived nearby). But more to the point is today's Results. A company heading for the grave. Noticeable that none of those who previously promoted the company on this thread have turned up to say anything in over 3 hours on such a key day. | grabster
13/10/2019 21:22 | In my stupidity I bought shares here this March. I see that last year''s AGM was at 10am in the middle of Wales and the year before at 11am in London. Given the shareholder base and lack of institutional support as well as need to raise cash, hiding in Wales last year seems an odd decision, Were there so many complaints last year about its location that people feel comfortable it will be in London this year? I see it is on December 21. | cerrito

04/9/2019 08:39 | >>>Diplomat I would speculate that it is a similar sort of arrangement as they had with National Grid and the Gas pipe transition pieces, i.e. they receive cash (from ESA) to develop the product(s) and then sell ESA a few at cost (or thereabouts) and then sell to other customers (in all sorts of industries) at much higher prices | timbo003
04/9/2019 08:01 | Why no mention of the value of this significant contract?"Haydale Awarded Funding to Develop Airbus Approved Space TechnologyHaydale, the global advanced materials group, has been awarded a contract by the European Space Agency (ESA), which is seeking to develop non-metallic gas tanks for spacecraft propulsion systems in a. technology de-risking project." | diplomat65
24/8/2019 15:08 | RG has run off with the largest portion of shareholder cash that was supposed to be spend on technology commercialisation; he has paid himself nearly £1 million in cash salary, bonus and benefits since he took in the first shareholder cash. | mali01
24/8/2019 12:15 | I’m sure that RG will have made a huge loss too. Not the only one. | xylemflow

22/8/2019 14:32 | This company is truly the worst investment I have ever made. It must rank as one of the worst AIM performers over the last few years. From 100p to 1.8p is laughably bad and it seems that the responsibility is entirely that of the hopeless BOD. Sickening. | xylemflow
22/8/2019 09:09 | I think he is no longer in the company, according to LinkedIn status he changed the jobs. Hopefully someone who knows how to run company took over. | sharki9
22/8/2019 08:16 | Ray Gibbs has sold his entire holding at 1.75p....what does that tell us? | 1looking
12/8/2019 19:52 | Largest holding | sammyshares
09/8/2019 22:31 | Don't know Garth, but that would correspond to a market cap of around £25m, so unlikely in the short term, but quite possible in a 2 - 3 year time frame, assuming they can reduce costs and build up some sales momentum. >>>Grabster | timbo003
09/8/2019 15:21 | I have always avoided this one but have followed on and off since listing. I notice it is quietly ticking up. Six months is a long time, but the fund raise was at 2p and at a significant discount to the then share price - which was north of 10p. What hope is there of seeing 10p again Timbo? G. Further to the announcement made earlier today, Haydale is pleased to announce a conditional Fundraising comprising: -- An oversubscribed placing (the "Placing") of 188,125,000 new ordinary shares (the "Placing Shares") to raise approximately GBP3.8 million (before expenses); -- subscriptions for 11,875,000 Subscription Shares by the Subscribers to raise approximately GBP0.2 million (before expenses); and -- an Open Offer at the Issue Price to raise up to GBP4.0 million (before expenses). The Fundraising has been conducted at an Issue Price of 2 pence per New Ordinary Share (the "Issue Price"), representing a discount of approximately 83 per cent. to the closing price of 11.88 pence on 21 February 2019, being the last business day before the announcement of the Fundraising. | garth
01/8/2019 18:06 | "Thank you for your email. I can inform you that Ray Gibbs has made the decision to move on from Haydale." Gemma Smith, Global Head Of Marketing at Haydale. timbo - you sound like you are playing down his importance - but he does still feature large in your header.as if he is THE key man (unless those dozen Ray Gibbs links are to be quietly tippexed) ;-) | grabster
31/7/2019 12:54 | >>>thanks Grabster, although I don't think that will come as a surprise to anyone who has been following Haydale. RG was removed from the BOD at the end of last year and he had sold down part of his holding in the company. Several shareholders at the GM in March made their feelings quite clear to the BOD regarding what they thought about RG's continued employment and public profile given the timing of his share sales. From the BOD's reaction, it was quite clear to me that they were pushing on an open door. | timbo003
31/7/2019 10:29 | I see it reported that Ray Gibbs no longer works for Haydale - his business profile shows him now working elsewhere. Presumably his recent reduced role at Haydale is not considered one from which his departure is significant enough to warrant a formal announcement. Company email address for any investor or reporter wishing to check the report is info@haydale.com | grabster
