It's amazing how advisors can still convince AIM stock to pull this fundraising trick and PI still fall for it. I guess this time it will be different...(it won't).

1. Announce deeply discounted fundraising
2. share price tanks just above placing price
3. Prop share price up during offer period
4. Bucket shops dump placing shares upon delivery
5. share price tanks below placing price
6. Pump 'n Dumpers run riot for next 12/18 months before delisting, receivership or both.

So can you equate again to the fact that there are currently 28m shares in issue. The meeting to confirm the placing is in 13 trading days timeCurrently 2 and a half times the company minimum would of been traded today .The placing is for 190m or 390m??
