There's a new interview with Ray Gibbs on Proactive, the anti counterfeiting solution using a mobile phone app sounds like it could be totally unique and proprietary to Haydale:

Bought a few. Seems to have broken its downtrend (famous last words!)

not sure that today's announcement is froth; the much greater accuracy of the glucose test strips they describe compared with that of preexisting test strips could lead to rapid displacement and adoption if they can be produced at a reasonable price and quality assured.

Excellent news on the inks (Talga supply the raw material for the inks which then undergoes exfoliation and functionalisation in Thialand)

Also importantly, Haydale published their annual report today.

Superg and others who seek to undermine the company's business with vexatious rumours, will no doubt be disappointed, but it looks as if there is not going to be an imminent huge, massively discounted placing

The resolution on allocation of shares is for a maximum of 33% additional shares and on disapplication of preemption rights it is for 20% additional shares, pretty standard stuff for an AIM listed growth company which seeks incremental amounts of growth capital from time to time to enable them to execute their plans

The going concern statement looks okay too:

Cheers Timbo. Played all the nano stocks and VRS is my main pitch because of its contract to build a factory in China. NANO dip etc forget. IMO DYOR

Haydale were one of the forerunners in calling for consistent and (very importantly) secure supplies of raw materials.

RG has on many occasions stated that customers/ potential customers have real concerns about security of supply and for the need for QC tests which can reliably predict the performance of each batch of graphene for its intended purpose.

I think this is why they have specifically gone with Talga for their inks and AGM for their work with composites which apparently meet the prerequisite criteria

(>>>petewy, your timing has been pretty good on this one, so good luck this time)

Or just copy www and the rest- and paste.
Unfortunately, as I am reluctant to pay the Dirty Digger a single sou, I am unable to read the whole article ; please would it be possible to copy and paste it?

..and presumably they have excellent QC on their goods inwards

(Change the xx in the hxxps to tt to use the link)

They don't MAKE Graphene. They trade it and source it from other companies.

In that case they need to buy the best ...not that cheap stuff from VRS

It will therefore come as a surprise to you that Haydale DO NOT produce graphene. They functionalise other companies graphene.

The company name is Haydale Graphene Industries so it would be surprising if they didn't.........

Why is that chipper?. Certainly Haydale went too low as it was priced to go under. But it certainly looks better value than VRS. Maybe its graphene aint as strong as theirs?

Bought in this morning with a smallish position.

Interesting that VRS has a mcap 18x that of HAYD. Wonder if there is some catching up to do here?

Schadenfreude timbo? Be careful because you know what happens next!

Personally I have always wanted Haydale to do well, but the recent RNS's tell all, good luck!

I suspect the MMs were short from the time Ray dumped a few shares (the darkest hour) and possibly before. They have been selling shares they did not have in anticipation of an imminent fund raise which has not been forthcoming. Furthermore there has been a number of announcements concerning sales and contracts (not just collaborations) which will lead to real revenue in the future.
