Fundraising highlights

-- Haydale intends to raise GBP6 million before expenses through a Placing arranged by Arden Partners plc ("Arden") of 5,000,000 new Ordinary Shares ("Placing Shares") at a price of not less than 120 pence per share (such ultimate price, to be determined by Arden in the bookbuilding process, being the "Issue Price") with new and existing shareholders.
