Shameful, the way management act, the whole matter should be investigate by the regulators, and the terms the administrators have entered into should be made public.

As for the suppliers, lefrene, I assume you are one, you will of course not turn down business for cash in advance or upon delivery, and I would be surprised if you do not add a premium to the price to recover some of your losses. Can they obtain the same supply`s easily elsewhere on credit? Is your business strong enough to say up yours, regardless of being offered cash?

greengiant,Thanks for the facts, as most that were invested here will appreciate your insight into events. I was not invested here but followed it will interest, as I though at one point you might have had a greater impacted and turned it around. However, when you advocated that it be de-listed, that was warning sign that most smaller investors that post should have been alerted too imo. Good luck with you new ventures.

The delaying of the results is an absolute disgrace. The banks will probably have been given financial information and projections prior to renewal of the facilities, but the owners of the company will be given this information when the Directors are good and ready. Its as though the shareholders are an inconvenience.

One of havelocks suppliers confirmed today that they have not had a credit account for over 6 months. In these situations prompt financial information is imperative for investors.

If Investors buy shares from now on and they subsequently suffer a loss. The directors should be personally liable for withholding key information. I note this is a proposal from the government following the Carillon Collapse.

I consider the Directors behaviour to be appaling and if this company goes belly up they should be aware that they might not be able to hide behind limited liability.

mesquida, I guess some of them have been devastated and just do not want to see others sucked into investing in the company, where by all accounts is not a very happy place and one which the BoD have milked investors while living a grand life. Must be a form of revenge I guess.

It is to be hoped that the delay in announcing the full year 2017 results until May will allow a positive statement on first quarter trading results for 2018, and give some indication of the effect of the implementation of the recovery plan. The most important leadership action in this situation is to deliver results against their stated plan and repeat it consistently and build confidence for investors, employees and suppliers. The recovery plan at face value is plausible if lacking in detail, but the leadership team must have the drive , skill and commitment to deliver, and comment on Q1 trading will be the first evidence of this. The company situation is not ideal, and the recovery will be challenging, but it is not impossible !

Seems everyday this company is going from great, good, bad, now it looks doomed, investors don’t seem interested the way the company is being run by people whom have no idea of how this once company thrived , if it’s true they have payment plan in op , how are they doing with pension fund of employees

My post was a plea for the Chairman, the major shareholders & investors to come together and make the changes so this company can move forward. There are some great people in this business from top to bottom but changes need to be made to reduce the overhead. We make great things and it would be a travesty if it folded.

It wasn't another opportunity for ex employees to have a dig. The same bitter talk is no help what so ever, it's nor the place or time for that nonsense.

Pitiful ..what investors have to come to expect from this bunch ........As pointed out by Gargoyle they don't seem to have control over the business.

More important than the results is the series of institutional meetings that are being lined up for the following two days, which will give the new Team an opportunity to explain their strategy to some serious Investors. Obviously the company has lost a lot of goodwill with investors in recent years, but these meetings could be the start of a new era.
