No not but a reaction, can some one explain why the NAV is so significantly higher than the share price and with the net debt reasonably low, why, and with the constant stream of positive news it seems to be so unloved, is the relationship with the past such a burden to shake off, will the incoming Chairperson make a difference?

Are my comments so unworthy of debate or response ?

I also thought it an excellent RNS not sure, judging by the share price movement, that the market agrees.

Excellent RNS. Wish Hargreaves could do something like this.

There has been a consistent small seller around. I've mopped up a fair amount of stock, but it's not been enough. Hopefully the company will do the business, and there will be a natural re-rate.

No reason then, just down to the mischievous market makers or more insidious machinations ?

Absolutely worth holding Peel still sitting on 30% and will be itching to take over the balance at some point before price gets too high....

Looks as though we're breaking North out of that recent wedge. Target to tiltonboy's 120p:

Pillion,

...lol...you could say that, but reading the story from day one is pointless. Focus your research on the last three years, as the company emerged from it's coal mining days, and merged with Harworth Estates to form the current group.
