All these warrants being exercised are of course diluting the company, and as most (all?) of them are probably being immediately sold, are holding the share price back somewhat.

The advantage though is that they are bringing amounts of money into the company which are reasonably substantial (e.g. £225k from Friday 7th October's RNS) and which may well avoid the need for a placing to top up the company's coffers. Of course eachwarrant-exercise process could be considered as a sort of mini-placing, but if we can get through to production and cashflow this side of Xmas without needing a 'significant' placing then I think we will be quite substantially higher. There are still barely 100M shares in issue.

From my reading of the RNS's I would think the RNS about the trial mining permit will drop toward the end of October. But what do I know.

From the article posted above:

"Pricing is yet to be determined but a similar (and inferior) product sells for circa $70/t in Brazil.

Arapua is located in a major agricultural region in Minas Gerais and local demand should be extremely strong, especially given the Arapua products potassium content and 90% solubility."

[...]

So this seems to suggest Harvest can get even more than the $50/t previously mentioned. Or is this price only achieved with processing to increase the products value?

Harvest Minerals (LON:HMI) an unusual and attractive opportunity.
7th October 2016

The minuscule capex requirement and probable very high margin (opex < $7/t) makes Harvest an unusual and attractive opportunity. Harvest has appointed an agronomist to manage its ongoing and future ...
