Looks like a very last minute job on Friday then, implying more bad news - does this company ever get anything right! Only positive is options expire for the gravy boys next month - Can't see this getting to 14p by then

Cant see that happening for h2.initial estimates were 100k tonnes for whole year, and they said they would be below that. So 6maud doesn't make sense.

Brian McMaster (BM) - 'Harvest intends to release its full year audited financial statements and annual report for the year ended 30 June 2019 in late November 2019.'

So should be soon !!

My guess-timate about what the production numbers 'could' look like:

Based on BM's statement in the 29/03/19 RNS where his expectation is to break even at EBT for the whole FY year. My numbers today come out slightly higher than Zala's estimated H2 revenue as per his March post (5395), where for a H2 breakeven the following are my calculations and assumptions:

H2 Revenue - $6M (AUD)
Avg Exchange rate (AUD/US$ - 0.695
Avg price per tonne - $51(US)
Avg cost per tonne - $15 per tonne
Other costs H2 flat with H1 - $2.43M (AUD)

Extrapolating the above would mean that the company would need to invoice for approximately '81.5 Ktonnes' to meet the revenue requirement for break-even. I suspect my biggest assumption ‘H2 Other Costs’ is likely to be off (possibly way off) as there were a number of one-off items in H1 that won’t be repeated, but countering they will have incurred an increase in sales and marketing and salary costs to offset these, so I have left as-is.

More interesting to me as an intended long-term holder will be the view on how future orders are looking and what the long-term growth outlook are i.e. sales prospects in 2020 and beyond. Whatever, the report is going to be interesting as to what is in it and perhaps what is not.

1.25 acres?

I measure it at 2.4 hectares (~6 acres)- mining area.

The original leased area was 23ha (2016 GUIA).

According to the Licenca Ambiental the leased area is now 35ha:

distributed as follows:
15 ha of mining area
18.65 ha of pasture area
0.95 ha of mining patio and
0.4 ha of built-up area (processing plant, storage shed, shed to embed products in bags, supply point, changing rooms, road balance, laboratory and administrative area).

It will be interesting to see what they achieve in their first year of driving their own sales. By all their recent news, they look well set to expand sales next season

Today's sat image shows all trees removed from last years Soy/Maize fields are per Licence Ambiental - new patio (ROM) area.

Shame though, quite a loss of revenue potential.
Still got the coffee crop to look forward to in 2021?

Extract from Licenca Ambiental:

Google translate -

'The mining is carried out by dismantling process and currently takes place during 03 months in the year, performed by a third-party company. The mined mining goes by 'cacamba' type paths to the patio, where it is stored and can meet the beneficiation plant for a year, when new mining occurs. With the expansion, this process will occur approximately 05 months / year and it will be necessary to install a new mining patio.
The mine area will also be expanded, but there is no prediction of suppression of vegetation for mining advancement in a horizon of 05 years.'

The new 'patio' (ROM) areas are shown south of the existing ROM where the Soy/Maize was planted last year and the whole of the North side of the existing ROM.
