'To' dictionary:
'approaching or reaching (a particular condition);

eg
to apply
to register

''The Company received confirmation yesterday from MAPA that it has approved the Company's application to register KPfértil as a remineraliser.'

I feel that YP's guess of MAPA cert by March 2019 is slightly too optimistic. I'll go with never. IMO - ATB

Approval - Permmission Written consent by a regulatory body to proceed with a requested activity, without in any way diminishing the applicant's obligation to meet the standard or specified requirements. Approval may take the form of certification, licensing, or registration, and is sometimes used as an alternative term for authorization.

JH, he’s wilfully ignorant, that’s the difference.

The question is, why?

The answer to that question is the reason I have him on filter.

Apologies Zebbo, No more, cant quite believe someone could be that ignorant.

KPFertil has been granted a 10 Year TradeMark hence the Company has registered.

Boy O Boy My 3 year Granddaughter could have worked that one out.

The company can now register, once it has done, its registered.

MAPA has approved, certified that KPFertil can be Registered as a Remineraliser.

KPFertil has gained the official KiteMark that allows it to be Registered as a Remineraliser.

Farmers, Crop growers etc will be comfortable knowing That MAPA has approved, Certified KPFertil as a Remineraliser.

'the Company'?
CPNJ: 09.018.272/0002-74 opening date 26/03/2018 a branch in Carmo do Paraniaba. Office RNSd 20/04/2018 including re-registering the project with the DNPM as part of MAPA and registration.
Why take so long (since late Sept 2017)to get the MG link.
I'd say they need to get better Brasilian real estate/mining Lawyers, or was that all part of the plan?

All in my opinion of course.

Your application 'to apply' for a passport has been approved at the post office counter by a trained member of staff. This application will now be sent to the passport office to be considered.

Your application 'to own' a dangerous breed of dog has been approved. The next stage involves a visit to your home to confirm that you should never own a dog.

'The Company received confirmation yesterday from MAPA that it has approved the Company's application to register KPfértil as a remineraliser.

It says 'to register' - It doesn't say, 'registered'

Approval has been given to register KPFertil as a Remineraliser. The company will now be able to register the product as a MAPA approved Remineraliser with the approved KPFERTIL Trade Mark.

A little like a Kitemark being given in the UK.

The RNS did not say, 'It received approval for the product', as in the article. Perhaps I missed it ?

The RNS said it received, 'Approval to register KPfértil as a remineraliser'

There is a large difference IMO. Perhaps clarification is required? ATB
